The hard-nosed, cynical, humorless, devout population of 31.06 billion Agadarians are ruled without fear or favor by a psychotic dictator, who outlaws just about everything and refers to the populace as "my little playthings."

The large, corrupt, socially-minded, well-organized government prioritizes Defense, although Education, Healthcare, and Environment are also considered important, while Social Policy and Welfare aren't funded at all. Senior citizens can usually be found doing heavy manual labour, public nudity is compulsory, adults hang around outside comic stores to ask kids to go and buy magazines for them, and citizens who fail to follow the official national religion are executed. Crime is totally unknown, thanks to a capable police force and progressive social policies in education and welfare. Agadar's national animal is the Bat, which is also the nation's favorite main course, and its national religion is the Church of Agadar.
