Endorsing the regional Delegate improves XKI's voting power in the World Assembly. HumanSanity gets a weighted vote, equal to the number of endorsements he has. So, by endorsing the Del, you are actually getting an additional vote on each resolution, one of your own, and one via the Delegate endorsement. Or, if you don't like the way the Del is voting on a given resolution, you can cancel out the endo vote (the Delegate vote) with your nation vote.

The Seventh Hahiha Contest for Nation Creation
Here's how to play:
1. Create a new puppet nation between now and 8:59 P.M. Pacific Time on October 20th. The puppet's motto should include your main nation's name. Limit one entry per nation.
2. Move the puppet to the region TIC Nation Creation Contest.
3. Telegram Taco-Island-Charities from your main nation with the name of your puppet.
4. Answer as many or as few issues with your puppet as you want.
Starting after major update the night of the 20th, the lowest-ranking nation(s) in the region on each day's World Census Report will be ejected. This will continue daily until only one nation is left on the final day of the contest, November 1st. The World Census Report can be found between the World Factbook Entry and the Regional Happenings on the region page.
The number of nations to be ejected each day depends on the number of entrants but will be as even as possible each of the first ten major updates. If the number of entrants is not evenly divisible, 
RANDOM.org will be used to determine which days have an extra ejection. The final two major updates will have one ejection each, to determine first, second, and third places.
The nation whose puppet survives the longest wins a legendary trading card from Taco Island Charities Cards and 150,000 Ŧ (Tacos, the 10000 Islands forum currency) if on 10000 Islands regional forum! The runner-up will receive three epic trading cards and 50,000 Ŧ, and the third-place finisher will get an epic trading card and 25,000 Ŧ.
The World Census Report category each day is randomly chosen, but if you would like to try to create a puppet with certain statistics, you can check out this guide.

The Conga Line: The Conga Line is an effort to allow Gala guests to visit other regions' Discord servers and meet their people. Please be kind and courteous while visiting.
Character Contest: Design a character and we'll draw it!
Defender Games: Take some time to come compete against your fellow defenders, try out new things, and have some fun during update with challenges and games! These games will be broken up into 3 different components: team, individual, and regional as well as be hosted during both minor and major, depending on the day. This should allow the maximum amount of people to participate and provide a wide variety of experiences of what defending looks like.
Defender History Events
Defender History Essay: Numero Capitan has written an essay about defender history that will be shared as part of the event.
Defender Tapestry: A visual representation of defender history, the Tapestry will sew together the timeline of the Regional Sovereignty cause, aiming to represent each organization the way they wish to be remembered.
Defender Family Tree: The Defender Family Tree traces the history of defender mentors and mentees.
Evening Game Series: On some evenings, we'll be hosting a casual game on our Discord which anyone is welcome to join!
Trading Card Events: Using the NS Trading Cards feature, we'll be hosting three collecting contests and a pull event. Two collecting contests will focus on defending -- one on collecting defender switchers and another on collecting influential defenders. Another contest will focus on creatively compiling cards obtained from packs opened during a detag run. And finally there will be a pull event for Season 1 Anime Daisuki. As always, there will be trading card rewards.
Why We Defend panel: The Why We Defend panel will focus on outlining a call to arms for defenders and defending in NationStates.
Nation Creation Contest: A fun way to play an issues-focused game competitive, the TIC Nation Creation Contest involves ejecting the bottom ranking puppets in each daily World Census Report ranking until a winner can be crowned!
Advocating Defender Values in the Security Council: This will include an instructive essay/Q&A from the most prolific Security Council author in history Kuriko followed by a group effort to write and pass a WA Security Council Commendation for a prominent defender.

I revived my old account which was banned from here, if I recall correctly I jokingly flamed someone but either they didn’t know it was a joke or one of the mods didn’t and i don’t remember much from there other than I got banned. I also got a 3 day ban from The rmb from the NS mods and a warning for having “I swear she was 18” as a motto, I then for some ungodly reason set my motto as “fart”.
The only good thing from that account was that I actually organized my cards.

Welcome to 10000 Islands! If you're new to the game, you're probably wondering what all of the site features are and how they work. You'll find that NationStates is a seemingly simple browser game with a rich community and a depth of features and game play developed by players over the course of almost 18 years. 10000 Islands is one of the oldest regions in the game, dating back to 2002, with a continuously operational defender military and active regional government. Opening Steps The first thing you'll want to do, if you haven't already, is to answer your issues. In NationStates, you function as the all-powerful leader of your nation and Issues are how you effect your government's policy and national statistics. Issues are the only way to effect these and you'll have to wait for more issues once you've answered them all. To learn more about issues, you can check out the 10000 Islands While you wait to receive more issues, you should join the World Assembly (WA). Joining the WA requires that you input your email address on the settings page (know that your email will not be visible to other users and NationStates does not send you spam emails!). Joining the World Assembly is important because it grants you a say in developing international law through the General Assembly and preserving international peace through the Security Council. More importantly, joining the WA grants you citizenship in 10000 Islands, which allows you to participate in elections and run for office. Once you've joined the World Assembly, be sure to endorse the World Assembly Delegate Astrobolt. Endorsing the Delegate gives the region more power in the World Assembly because the Delegate's vote is weighted so they receive an extra vote for each WA endorsement they have.
