The Holy Autumnal Kingdom of Rhaza is a titanic, socially progressive nation, ruled by The Rhazoid with an even hand, and renowned for its public floggings, rampant corporate plagiarism, and unlimited-speed roads. The compassionate, devout population of 21.489 billion Rhazans have some civil rights, but not too many, enjoy the freedom to spend their money however they like, to a point, and take part in free and open elections, although not too often.

The medium-sized government juggles the competing demands of Industry, Education, and Administration. It meets to discuss matters of state in the capital city of Perdition. The average income tax rate is 32.7%, but much higher for the wealthy.

The all-consuming Rhazan economy, worth a remarkable 1,984 trillion Lights a year, is broadly diversified and led by the Woodchip Exports industry, with major contributions from Information Technology, Automobile Manufacturing, and Retail. Black market activity is frequent. State-owned companies are common. Average income is 92,329 Lights, and distributed extremely evenly, with little difference between the richest and poorest citizens.

The government-sponsored autobiography 'A The Rhazoid For All Seasons' has only been bought by the most loyal of The Rhazoid's supporters, preservative manufacturers are told to put a lid on it, taxpayer money is hard at work exorcizing laundry, and convicted criminals are given free limo rides to jail. Crime is totally unknown, thanks to a capable police force and progressive social policies in education and welfare. Rhaza's national animal is the Sphinx, which teeters on the brink of extinction due to widespread deforestation, and its national religion is Catholicism.

Rhaza is ranked 37,546^th in the world and 169^th in the Plains of Perdition for Largest Pizza Delivery Sector, scoring 4,222.29 on the Pepperoni Propulsion Productivity Index.
