Ishala's listens carefully to what Haruo says, despite her mixed emotions on him, she could not deny he was a broken person who needed mending, like herself. But he was only temporary, she was going to get fixed when she found the man she was after.

Ishala considers him for a moment, quiet and relaxed, a controlled risk taker, he wanted to sit down and talk, but never go out.

The return of the "True" land of the rising sun
Newly appointed Hanamishimajin Prime Minister Yoshiaki Yaguchi walked into the office of emperor Kazuhito. He was nervous, and for good reason, It was his first time being called to visit the Emperor. Even though no one actually believed the emperor to be a deity incarnate these days, there was still a incomprehensible aura of intrigue around the man. Yaguchi was the youngest PM Hanamishima had ever had, he wondered why he was voted to be the PM, maybe it was just that there was no one else better, especially with the scandal that caused the last PM to be voted out.
But when he finally arrived at the door of the emperor, the two guards slowly opened the double doors for him. And there he was, the emperor, sitting in his chair, warmly welcoming in Yaguchi with a smile.
Kazuhito: "こんにちは、なぜ私があなたをここに呼んだか知っていますか？"
Yaguchi:"いいえ、陛下、なぜ私に同行を依頼されたのか教えてください。"
Kazuhito:"さて、ご覧のとおり、私はもう老人です。もう時間があまりありません。"
Yaguchi:"あなたはまだ 85 歳ですが、特に私たちの優れた医療システムのおかげで、まだ時間はたくさんあります。"
Kazuhito:"それは良いことですが、時には自分の運命を受け入れなければなりません。しかし、私には祖国に対する最後の願いがあります。"

Empress Aki Yazuka sits in the ancient dining room, silently eating her lunch alone, her husband is dead, her daughter in school, and no one disturb her, alone in the ancient room built by her ancestors whom we're now but a name in the history book and an old painting probably displayed on the Imperial Museum, her schedule is empty for the day, so it's a day of leisure for her, no infuriating days managing the Imperial Council, no boring Imperial Visit, no nothing, it's a good day for her...
and then the door knocked.
her face immediately turns sour hearing the knock, "enter" she said, putting down the chopsticks down to the table as she turn to face at the door as it opened, a somewhat old man entered the room, "ah, Hashimoto..." she sounds already uninterested.
Hashimoto, the Empress right hand man and the second most powerful voices in the Imperial Council, approached her while carrying a fax papers, "your majesty, the communication department have informed me about something" he gave the paper to the Empress.
"oh?" the Empress grabbed the paper and read it, it was the report for the Hanamishima broadcast, "Hanamishima?"
"the separatist fro-" Hashimoto tried to explain it but we're cut off my the Empress raising her arm to shut up.
"i know... i passed history class..." she lowered her arm, "but why now... is it because of our de-isolation?"
"no idea, your majesty" Hashimoto said, the Empress looking at him unimpressed by his words, "i've showed this to the Imperial Council, the progressive and the reformist faction in the Council have voiced their support to open relations with the islands, with oppositions from the Ultranationalist and traditionalists that voiced their support for an invasion of the island"
"oh... you showed this to the Council First instead of me..." she stood up from her seat and gave the paper back to Hashimoto, "not that it matters"
Hashimoto sighs hearing her words as he took the paper back, "what would be your order your majesty?"
"inform the council to open relations with the islands as soon as possible, i want to hear no buts coming from any sides within the Council" the Empress ordered, "and if those lousy people from the ultranationalist try to challenge me again, remind them i have the power over them here, oh and i'll be replying to them myself"
"..." Hashimoto would nod, "i understand, i'll be leaving, your majesty" he immediately and quickly walked out, closing it as he ran out, she is now alone again, as she sat back and continue to eat.

The Prime Minister is called up to the office of Emperor Kazuhito yet again, but this time, he knows what it is about.
Yaguchi walks into the office, and bows at Kazuhito. Kazuhito slowly stands and bows in return, Yaguchi felt very honored because of this.
Kazuhito: "来てくれてありがとう、私がなぜあなたを私に招待したか知っていると思います。"
Yaguchi:"はい、でもお聞きしたいのですが、そもそもなぜ国境を開くことにしたのですか？"
Kazuhito: "先ほども言いましたが、これが我が国が成長する唯一の方法です。それはさておき、私は花見島がまだ新しい頃、小さい頃から外の世界を見てみたいと思っていました。花見島がこんなに美しいなら、本土のことを考えてみましょう。そして、人々が孤立したままであれば、多くの機会が奪われてしまいます。開放しなければ、最終的には経済的に破滅してしまいます。その上、なぜ私たちは本土の同胞に対して恐怖と憎しみを持ち続けなければならないのでしょうか？"
Yaguchi nods, but as he does, the doors open up and the head of the communications department walks in and hands Kazuhito a paper with the response on it.
Kazuhito: "ほら、すべてうまくいくよ。"
Yaguchi:"わかりましたが、それでも、彼らが応答した今、私たちは何をすべきでしょうか？"

"finally..." it's have not been a while after she sent the reply message shuts the Ultranationalist down, in her day where she's supposed to be at peace, she resigns herself immediately to her own room, changed to a more simple casual dress and slamming herself to her bed, flinging stuffed animals around she planted her face to a pillow, groaning frustatedly to the pillow, finally, peace once again...
and then the door knocked.
she groans some more and lazily got herself up, already knowing who is knocking the door as she goes to the door and opened it, revealing Hashimoto with another paper.
"bu the gods..." the empress sulks, "let me guess... they replied again...?"
Hashimoto nods, giving the paper to her, "they replied, and have given a request"
the empress read the paper, "...they want to visit? huh..." she gaved the paper back to Hashimoto, "i support this, inform the council this will go through, and prepare for their visit" she ordered.
"understood, your majesty" Hashimoto bowed and walked away, the Empress closing the door shut and goes back to her bed.

Homecoming
The next day, after receiving the reply, emperor Kazuhito and Prime Minister Yaguchi announce their plans to travel to Kawasaki.
The event was headline news, as It was the first time a Hanamishimajin had legally left the island in 125 years.
When the day for their flight arrived, festivals were held in the streets, and as their limousine drove through the city, the streets were lined with people cheering and waving Hanamishimajin flags.
As they were boarding the plane, the government of Hanamishima informed the Burgundaens of their departure.
Éntalesian Elkórthwiki Union of Frusiámus
The Éntalesian Elkórthwiki Union was first established in 1712, when a series of tribes held an official meeting in the "House of Biilan", uniting the Éntalesian people under the yellow, green and blue flag. The name chosen now represents the name given to the land that cradled her people, Frusiámus. Now in the modern day, the nation has begun to admit reforms regarding the isolated nature of the Union... But first, another issue had to be settled. Although the Éntalesian people preferred peaceful living, if the tellings of the "Akslamordian Papers" were true then, there were but limited time left before the sun would engulf the land, as was natural for fire, and chaos's legions unleashed upon the land. And the Éntalesian people had to be ready to fight. And so, the "Alúmar Plan" was put into place.... A plan to fully arm the Éntalesian army, modernize the state as a whole, and fortify.
