Well I mass murdered the zombies so it worked.

I personally found spamming every nation in the region with cure missiles from two nations at once helped, but slaughtering a couple billion of your own people wasn't a bad idea.

Damn you I didn't need your help to kill my zombies, you undermined my autonomy so from now on a state of war is in place between our nations. April fools!

Well a zombie is a reanimated corpse. Curing zombies is equivalent to killing them.
