Preamble:
ACKNOWLEDGING: that the lack of amendments or repeals to the sum of legislative documents has caused a large amount of obsoletion, constitutional supremacy issues, et cetera. In addition, the introduction of a new constitution has caused the obsoletion of many laws, which can legally no longer apply due to conflicts.

This piece of legislation hereby amends/establishes/ratifies the following:
Section I: RL-003 Reform
Due to obsoletion, repeals Sections I: Subsections, II: Adjustments and Restorations, and III: Citizenship reform (obtaining citizenship) of the FNR Voting and Citizenship Reform Proposal (April - May 2019) (RL-003.)
Due to redundancy and constitutional supremacy, repeals Clause 1 in Section IV: New Voting Procedue "Instant Run Off Voting" (IRV) of the FNR Voting and Citizenship Reform Proposal (April - May 2019) (RL-003.)
Modifies Clause 2 of Section VI: Lgislature Polls of the FNR Voting and Citizenship Reform Proposal (April - May 2019) (RL-003) to state:
"A special Discord channel shall be created to serve the voting purposes of the Assembly."
Section II: The Elected Cabinet Act Reform
Due to obsoletion and constitutional supremacy, The Elected Cabinet Act (N/A) shall be repealed in its entirety.
Section III: The Constitutional Convention Act Reform
Due to obsoletion, The Constitutional Convention Act (N/A) shall be repealed in its entirety.
Section IV: The Office of the Founder Reform Act Reform
Due to obsoletion and constitutional supremacy, The Office of the Founder Reform Act (RL-008) shall be repealed in its entirety.
Section V: Military Citizenship Act Reform
Due to obsoletion, the Military Citizenship Act (RL-009) shall be repealed in its entirety.
Adds Article II - Citizenship, Clause 3 to the Constitution, which shall state:
"3. Military applicants may be granted citizenship if desired on their application....a. Applications for citizenship via the military shall be subject to the same verification process as prescribed by Article II: Citizenship of this Constitution.
...b. If no other method of citizenship was acquired, their citizenship
shall be revoked within 24 hours of leaving the military."Modifies Article II - Citizenship, Clause 3 to the Constitution to become Clause 4.
Section VI: WA Resignation & Ejection Clarification Act Reform
Due to obsoletion and constitutional supremacy, the WA Resignation & Ejection Clarification Act (RL-010) shall be repealed in its entirety.
Section VII: The Passport Regulations Act Reform
Due to the lack of use and purpose, The Passport Regulations Act (RL-011) shall be repealed in its entirety.
Section VIII: Attorney Proclamation Act of 2020 Reform
Due to obsoletion, Section IV: Permissions, Clause i., Sub-Section a. of the Attorney Proclamation Act of 2020 (RL-012) shall be repealed.
Due to obsoletion, Section V: Implementation of the Attorney Proclamation Act of 2020 (RL-012) shall be repealed.
Section IX: The Regional Holiday Act Reform
Due to the lack of use and purpose, The Regional Holiday Act (RL-011) shall be repealed in its entirety.
Section X: The Role Play Reconciliation and Revitalization Act Reform
Amends Clause i. of Section I: Roleplay Areas of the The Role Play Reconciliation and Revitalization Act (RL-025) to state:
"The Free Nations Realm shall be designated as the official roleplay region of the FNR."Due to obsoletion, repeals Clause ii. of Section I: Roleplay Areas of the The Role Play Reconciliation and Revitalization Act (RL-025.)
Amends Clause iii. of Section II: Discord and Region Control of the The Role Play Reconciliation and Revitalization Act (RL-025) to state:
"The Free Nations Realm shall have a permanent n-site embassy with the FNR which communication permissions via the RMB."
Section XI: Defense Readiness Condition Act Reform
Due to the lack of use and purpose, the Defense Readiness Condition Act Reform (RL-026) shall be repealed in its entirety.
