[i]ACKNOWLEDGING[/i]: that the lack of amendments or repeals to the sum of legislative documents has caused a large amount of obsoletion, constitutional supremacy issues, et cetera. In addition, the introduction of a new constitution has caused the obsoletion of many laws, which can legally no longer apply due to conflicts.

[b]Section I: RL-003 Reform[/b]

[*] Due to obsoletion, repeals [i]Sections I: Subsections, II: Adjustments and Restorations, and III: Citizenship reform (obtaining citizenship)[/i] of the [i]FNR Voting and Citizenship Reform Proposal (April - May 2019)[/i] (RL-003.)
[*] Due to redundancy and constitutional supremacy, repeals [i]Clause 1[/i] in [i]Section IV: New Voting Procedue "Instant Run Off Voting" (IRV)[/i] of the [i]FNR Voting and Citizenship Reform Proposal (April - May 2019)[/i] (RL-003.)
[*] Modifies [i]Clause 2[/i] of [i]Section VI: Lgislature Polls[/i] of the [i]FNR Voting and Citizenship Reform Proposal (April - May 2019)[/i] (RL-003) to state:
[i]"A special Discord channel shall be created to serve the voting purposes of the Assembly."[/i]

[b]Section II: The Elected Cabinet Act Reform[/b]

[*] Due to obsoletion and constitutional supremacy, [i]The Elected Cabinet Act[/i] (N/A) shall be repealed in its entirety.

[b]Section III: The Constitutional Convention Act Reform[/b]

[*] Due to obsoletion, [i]The Constitutional Convention Act[/i] (N/A) shall be repealed in its entirety.

[b]Section IV: The Office of the Founder Reform Act Reform[/b]

[*] Due to obsoletion and constitutional supremacy, [i]The Office of the Founder Reform Act[/i] (RL-008) shall be repealed in its entirety.

[b]Section V: Military Citizenship Act Reform[/b]

[*] Due to obsoletion, the [i]Military Citizenship Act[/i] (RL-009) shall be repealed in its entirety.
[*] Adds [i]Article II - Citizenship[/i], [i]Clause 3[/i] to the [i]Constitution[/i], which shall state:
[i]"3. Military applicants may be granted citizenship if desired on their application.

...a. Applications for citizenship via the military shall be subject to the same verification process as prescribed by Article II: Citizenship of this Constitution.

...b. If no other method of citizenship was acquired, their citizenship 
shall be revoked within 24 hours of leaving the military."[/i]
[*] Modifies [i]Article II - Citizenship[/i], [i]Clause 3[/i] to the [i]Constitution[/i] to become [i]Clause 4[/i].

[b]Section VI: WA Resignation & Ejection Clarification Act Reform[/b]

[*] Due to obsoletion and constitutional supremacy, the [i]WA Resignation & Ejection Clarification Act[/i] (RL-010) shall be repealed in its entirety.

[b]Section VII: The Passport Regulations Act Reform[/b]

[*] Due to the lack of use and purpose, [i]The Passport Regulations Act[/i] (RL-011) shall be repealed in its entirety.

[b]Section VIII: Attorney Proclamation Act of 2020 Reform[/b]

[*] Due to obsoletion, [i]Section IV: Permissions[/i], [i]Clause i.[/i], [i]Sub-Section a.[/i] of the [i]Attorney Proclamation Act of 2020[/i] (RL-012) shall be repealed.

[*] Due to obsoletion, repeals [i]Clause ii.[/i] of [i]Section I: Roleplay Areas[/i] of the [i]The Role Play Reconciliation and Revitalization Act[/i] (RL-025.)
[*] Amends [i]Clause iii.[/i] of [i]Section II: Discord and Region Control[/i] of the [i]The Role Play Reconciliation and Revitalization Act[/i] (RL-025) to state:
[i]"[region]The Free Nations Realm[/region] shall have a permanent n-site embassy with the FNR which communication permissions via the RMB."[/i]

[b]Section XI: Defense Readiness Condition Act Reform[/b]
