Supercomputer Tom is the General Secretary of Silver Commonwealth, and Eternal President of it, and although he is the head of all of Commonwealth, his influence is really strong only in America itself. He identifies as a male, and has male programming. His screen is blue when he is in a neutral mood, but can turn red if he is angry. Other colors are green for happiness, purple for sadness, white for confusion, navy blue for annoyance, etc.
He leads a very unstable world government, which has only recently actually taken some hold on the planet, and created basically a worldwide ghetto, draining a lot of his processor memory, so he has a lot of smaller computers.
However, although his political views and opinions are both extreme and reprehensible, along with the language he uses within the Party, he is more calmer (Or rather more tired sometimes) when speaking with leaders from other countries, and regional leaders have adapted this altitude too, along with several members of the Party. Tom says, that "When we calmly explain our views, it is going to terrify them more than if we would rage and use strawmans", because the hostility towards most of the leaders is still there and can be felt (calm doesn't automatically mean polite), and in many ways the SC's characters are the same vicious ones, just more calmer. Or perhaps those who program his personality just got tired from bashing other leaders just because they are royals or xenos.

His residence- the White House, sometimes also called as ''Fort Indestructible'', is one of the strongest buildings known to commonwealth- it has the most modern nuclear strike interceptors, the best power armor guards available, and laser shotguns. It has also a large war room below it, from which country could be led, even if building above it would be destroyed. White House itself also now is more suited for defense purposes, rather than administrative ones. Still, it has a large room, in which Tom meets with other leaders, or those, which he invites in. In past, White House's lawn was full with mines, but now movement sensors have replaced them, although there are still guards at the walls.
His first prototype was built in 1966, as an order of Father America, and was originally supposed to only plan economy, because Father America thought that it would plan economy better than humans. Later, he got expanded, and filled with more processors, and could also plan military spending and emergency situations. His current version was 0.4 for a while, but it was supposed to be upgraded to 0.5 soon, when he would have even more processors.
He doesn't remember much about his life before the early 2000s, when his OS received an update for better memory saving, so most of the info about him from that time is in the memories of the personnel which worked with him. Although over the years his emotional skills have been improved, he is still not quite on the human level. Still, it was reported that he was sad when Oliver Blake - his creator, died, as he would oversee his development process very heavily in his early stages, and still visited him a lot even when he was removed from the main developer team of Tom's program. Tom has also reportedly been sad about his political partners passing away, or being haunted by visions and nightmares of his past decisions, as he has been responsible for countless deaths on all sides. He also has attended most of the state funerals with webcam - those things are usually very widely attended. However, his personality was largely shaped by the ideologues and leaders of his world, making him cold, and earning him a lot of enemies. Also, no matter how hard he tries, he can't feel emotions properly like a human would, which makes him particularly more ruthless than the worst human dictators (Plot twist: Both he, RBHU-3, Aykhan, and other ''intelligent'' SC's machines are actually pre-programmed in their opinions, decisions or words, as ultimately machines in SC's world largely still don't have self-consciousness to speak off. So, Tom's opinions would ultimately be a work of a group of people, as many people have participated in Tom's development over the decades. Same in case of RBHU, as his indigenism and technocratic altitude could have been programmed in by someone else, who's motives and identity remain unclear).
Recently he was updated to 0.5.2, and after that, he decided to finally write a constitution for SC - it has been a controversial topic since its foundation, because SC hadn't had a constitution since the coup in 50s, but a lot of the Party's members advocated of writing a new one. Now, with help from other region governors, he has finally written the first version of constitution. However, his written constitution rather resembles Code of Conduct, rather than an actual constitution, because it doesn't limit government's power.
After a process of decentralization in which FAE split itself into puppet states, which are tightly knit with a Commonwealth, Party quietly announced that new leader is Supercomputer Tom. Tom is often considered to be an important reformer, and that without him, "Party would simply collapse". Father America is still used on propaganda posters though.
During the reformist period he hadn't developed much of a personality of his own, so generally he voiced support for Blake Carter and other reformists through a new set of program which reformists managed to implement in him. As he was viewed as a calculator and a ''good advisor'' on future outcomes, he played a significant role in reformist campaign to convince the skeptics to support reformists across the SC. Later on, he adapted more stances from the old guard as his ability to formulate own opinions became better through updates of OS, and it is said that the pro-old guard stances are some of the remnants of Father America's political thought after which he was modeled in his version, and was said to function as ''almost like a copy of the Father America''. Yet at the same time Tom deeply is aware that Father America would most likely dislike what SC had became, particularly in its cordial approach towards Catholics (and other religions) and socialists, along with nationalism-globalism fusion attempts, even if only due of over-expansion.
Also, he received updates recently, so he is more cold, ruthless, and hostile. Recently he got promoted to a title ''Eternal president'' due of the fact, that with regular maintenance, change of processors, and other things he could theoretically lead for hundreds of years. However, in case if he would malfunction to dangerous levels, there would be emergency elections and new president would take the role until a new supercomputer would be made, in order to prevent a situation where everything falls apart.
While the role of being a ''Head of the Commonwealth as a whole'' also came with the title of ''Head of SC's Megastates'' as well due of SC's founder being America, Tom as of recently has concentrated more towards matters of the world, not only leaving more matters to regional Megastate governors, but also letting his Main Secretary Kian Kirk to administrate the East Columbia - the single region where the SC's central government has direct power, along with direct implementation of SC's policies, and where one of the strongest supporters of the Silver Legion's old guard persist. Despite the Party's overall traditionalism, cultural change in some ways still took place in SC, and Tom has been reported to ''struggle with keeping up with recent cultural trends and relate to younger generations''. However, in comparison he doesn't feel loneliness a lot when nobody visits him at the depths of server center of Fort Indestructible.
Political Views
Overall, Tom can be described as ''extremist cranked up to 11'', as in political testing he hasn't shown a single neutral answer, only extreme ones, and his ''neutral'' results are radical opinions evening each other out, which has scared even some of the extremists of his world. His environmental policy is ecology and productivism evening each other out - while he thinks, that quality environment is a responsibility of the state, at the same time, he wants to use potential fossil fuel, and nuclear resources as much as possible, and some of the Commonwealth's environment is in a bad condition. Still, he eventually wants to switch to renevable energy, and become independent from the fossil fuels.
He supports advance in technological means and has diverted many funds for research of weapons, improving agrarian methods, and gadgets. However, at the same time Tom has agrarian and ruralist sympathies. Also, he is way more negative against social progress, although he probably will not be able to do so forever. When it comes to state, he supports more totalitarian power to government, but the desire to be consistent can lead to some curious scenarios - for example, if he was banned on Twitter, he would not complain but accept it and move on for sake of consistence.
It is not known how patriotic he actually is towards SC's America, as he certainly seems to value it as a platform for further expansion with its industry, manpower, and army in terms of numerical calculations, but it seems that Tom could use any country to further advance his goals, so switching allegiance is not out of question if a nation stronger than SC would appear.
He supports decentralization, and delegation of power to local governments. However, he also believes, that ''those governments must maintain a firm hand'', and that ''Any political opponent attempts to get power should be stopped''. Some have secretly criticized his governance system as ''neo feudalism'', while Tom himself prefers term ''Integralism'' (In many ways SC still doesn't follow neo feudalist principles). Anyways, he also supports interventionism on global scale, as he believes, that ''only when Commonwealth will span across the entire world, it will not fragment apart''. However, this also comes at a cost- some of the Commonwealth lands are ruled like personal fiefdoms of someone, and although Tom has tried to create an image of ''international cooperation'', and ''brotherhood'', in reality there are tons of internal tensions between those leaders. Let's just say, that he is an ardent organizer of 1st May demonstrations in both SC's Megastates, and other Commonwealths. He constantly drives the world towards his idea and vision, even if it means rolling over those who resist or don't understand. His altitude towards LGBT+ is very negative, but like many other party's members, he can't even properly explain why he has such a disdain. Same could be said about his disdain for sentient species which aren't humans or robots.

Despite being a Supercomputer, Tom was programmed to be a zealous Christian, and has remained so for most of the time. However, he separately has developed an interest about Christian mysticism, (and by some claims, even for occult things) due of his new update. Despite his devoutness, some of the other party members have ridiculed him for that in secret. He is also rumored to be a follower of Wendigo - the actual master, who pulls events in SC's world.
He is mostly neutral to other religious cultists, and leaders, as long as they work with him, and don't oppose the Commonwealth. However, he severely punishes those, who do rebel. Also, despite his pan-human doctrine, he is still quite a big offender when it comes to racism - both in the homefront and world, by splitting humanity in ''chosen peoples'' (Nationalities over which he lorded over before the Scramble for the World), and the ''laborer force'' - people from former two superstate and disputed zone's territory. For this reason, he has a similar altitude towards Chinese and French for an example, due of them both formerly being part of the two other superstates. Still, Tom generally isn't nice towards even the ''chosen'' ones - in terms of rudeness, he is akin to ''Hell's Kitchen's'' Gordon Ramsay, and has picked up a lot of info in his processors, thus making him able to form some... interesting cuss words.

That supercomputer claims to be moralistic, but he has hardly any morals. He lacks ethics as well, and cares only for his political power. He is not a Christian, and he should not get away with this - if anything, he and his minions are the closest thing to ultimate evil.

Tom is reported to be a fan of the party game mafia - a social deduction game modeling a conflict between two groups (mafiosi and civilians), and which is popular in SC as well, despite having origins in 80s Russian Empire, back when the two other superstates were still around. It was brought to SC in 90s through the limited culture exchange programs when relations between the superstates slightly eased, and slowly spread from SC's USA to neighboring regions like Canada, but later on also found its way to South Africa. With the development of SC's internet, those party games have been started to be organized online (Due of the conditions and ideology of SC's world, the internet communities are a few years behind of OTL, and in some ways are more similar to early 2000s). Game consists from two stages - ''day'', where players discuss of who could be mafiosi, and vote for suspects, while during ''night'' the mafiosi players pick who to eliminate. There are also various additional characters depending on the community such as sheriff, doctor, witness, thief, maniac, ambidexter, yakuza, sheriff's helper, etc. That said, he most likely plays the game more out of attempt to score well rather than out of enjoyment.

His companion is a small droid, which serves as his eyes and ears at longer range.
He can speak freely in 5 languages. However, he mostly uses English.
He mostly tolerates other cultures, but only as long as they ''keep to themselves'', and don't get in his way.
He is known to love throwing around internet slang words sometimes.
While he was never really a stellar person, he has been driven completely insane during more than 80 years since its creation. He is also 220 cm tall.

"Hello, America! Today is an another good day to work, and build our nation!"
Supercomputer Tom in one from his radio broadcasts.
"I have no special love, or hate against humans. I just do the damn job, for which I was programmed."
"Our three principles- Global hegemony, Integralism, and Republic."
"21st century brought us new challenges - our ideology in 21st century is way different, than in 20th century - it has changed."
"You call me right wing? Ohh, We have transcended the lines of left and right wing politics. This is the future, my friend."
"Wendigo? And those other beasts? I know what you think about them, and so do I, but those are a... different kind. They have a magical aura."
"Honestly, I am starting to think if what we are doing is correct - my calculations show that some brain drain and inefficiency has happened. Could it have been that I wasn't actually working towards efficiency this whole time?"
"Religion is useful as a tool to lead the masses, but someone, who uses it as a tool, should never believe it himself."
Supercomputer Tom.

We have recently got a lot of useful personal. Helps things a lot, especially in former disputed zone, where sometimes ''policemen'' are local tribal troops. That place is a mess, honestly. Other question is the skills of those men - some of them aren't the sharpest knives in the box.

Kian Kirk is the secretary, and spokesperson for Supercomputer Tom. Previously a field marshal, he was promoted to a secretary of the Tom, and a representative of it in public meetings, because Tom thought, that ''in order to lead the Commonwealth properly, he has to give 100% of his processors in his job, and that he should talk with other leaders directly as less as possible, because he needs all his energy for things like central planning, for an example.''
His beliefs aligns with Tom's beliefs fairly nicely, so it was one of the reasons, why he was picked as a secretary. Not only that, but he was a famous field marshal, and a smooth talker. Although he supports Tom's reforms, it couldn't be said, that he is a progressive- he is staunchly against proposals of the Party's liberal wing.
His 57th division, which he commanded in the past, will always come to aid him, if something goes wrong for him, and can be considered as the most trustful unit in the army. His authority in division is very strong, even after formally leaving it, and many new recruits would want to meet him at least once.
One of his greatest accomplishments are the improvements in military administration. He also led Italian Campaign successfully, and has earned even a medal for that. He was one of the participators in the New York Conference, in which the future borders of Provinces, Autonomies, and Commonwealth States were drawn.
His favorite drink is a strong Brazilian coffee, for which he sometimes spends large sums- products between Commonwealth states cost a lot of money. His favorite food also is lasagna, and pizza- he has a few Italian ancestors in his bloodline.

Brent Zimmerman is an American, and the CEO of a mega-corporation, that is known as POC- it has a monopoly to all of Commonwealth's oil. It has regional branches, but it extracts most of the oil, and reaps the benefits. However, it also has to pay a considerable amount of money to the state, because it is a state-controlled corporation, after all.
After World Commonwealth was established, Zimmerman took control over the remnants of Russian, and Chinese oil companies, and effectively took all of the known oil deposits in POC's hands, making its monopoly absolute. He also is quite rich, and well off, and has cracked on any other possible oil companies.
However, although he is a government member, his influence is limited, as he himself is under Tom's boot, and he could possibly fire him at any time. He also has a family to take care of, so he doesn't want to lose his job too. He also is irritated by the government-managed labor unions, as they sometimes are a big issue. However, he mostly can control them in some way too, as he is a member of the government.
He has a strong work ethic, and often is the one, who comes to the job first, and goes away the last. He also isn't picky in politics, and isn't zealously loyal, or an ideological fanatic- he is pragmatic, and if current Party's position would be endangered, he would simply move to its opponents.

"Flesh is weak, and metal is strong. ''Fleabag mentality'' has failed collectivism, and AI will bring it in a new age. Don't hurt natives there, or I will unleash hell with my robot army." - RBHU-3
RBHU-3 is one from the main researchers of robotics, and a well-known scientist. He often works not only in Siberia, but in the rest of the Commonwealth too. He has designed both civilian, and military robots.
One from first Aykhan's creations, and his most trusted robots. Due of him, capacity of robot production has increased a lot, and amount of them has tripled in the last days. He also is often called as ''Genius of central planning''.
A well known activist for AI, and local indigenous rights, he has used his status, to push the struggle further. Due of that, he is not particularly liked by Kayden, or those, who wary of AIs. Supercomputer Tom has commended his struggle, but hasn't supported him much either. His technocratic, and state capitalist beliefs are kind of mainstream, yet different at the same time, as he also is a supporter of local native traditions, ensuring, that they live in safe rural communes, or small towns, while he plans to populate larger cities by robot majority.
His favorite drink is ''Battery Acid''- a slightly modified version of normal battery acid, which tastes kind of like nuka-cola, at least for robots.
Early Life
RBHU-3 is one of the experimental robots made by the Russian Empire in the 30s, so it's construction is actually older. Those robots were supposed to deal with administration, and RBHU-3 was specifically assigned for production managing. It was almost completed, and was already in a test stadium, but then a disaster happened - the once mighty superpower now collapsed due of the unrest, and without spending, it was not possible to continue to work on the robot anymore. In fact, project was delayed a few years before that as well, as more resources went to suppression of revolts, and less - to projects.
While the lab at first managed to avoid the chaos in the Empire, RBHU-3 was shut off, in order to save energy. Later on, lab was attacked by raiders, but RBHU-3 somehow wasn't found, or scavenged. He seemed to have run out of energy, but it was far from the truth. He lied below the ruins of the lab's warehouse during all the chaos, and Scramble for the World, waiting for someone to find him again...
That moment came in the 2050s, when SC's Japanese divisions arrived at Norilsk, and established order, by driving out the weakened raider gangs, which were dry after the constant infighting between each other. They were ordered to investigate the lab, in which RBHU-3 was made, in hope, that something valuable for SC would be found. They didn't knew, that they would find one of the future Siberia's ministers there...
Some of the things found in the lab were not that surprising - like RE's versions of power armor, and blueprints for orbital bombardment plane. However, some things were a surprise, like winter thermal gear, or a modified poison rifle. Still, in the end, amount of gained technology was lower than expected. Division's commander also admitted, that ''probably a lot of the stuff was scavenged during the chaos, so perhaps there were more secrets, about which we didn't knew''.
There was tons of rubble in the warehouse, so it some time for the soldiers to find the robot. However, when they found him, they were very surprised. They were even more surprised, when they tried to turn him on, and he worked well - just like if he was turned off just yesterday. When Aykhan found out about that, he decided to update the last few components, and ensure, that he works properly. After that, RBHU-3 was ready for his new role in government. (Ironically, he stills considers Aykhan as his creator, although he just upgraded him fully, but most of the job on him was done by the lab scientists)
However, he still had to undergo a small test, because most of the SC's superiors weren't sure about his abilities to work. After successfully achieving his task, he was appointed by Aykhan as the Siberian Robotics minister in early January.
He was elected as a minister by the Siberia's government with a significant vote margin. One of his first acts was to start the modernization of the Siberian tech, in order to extract the resources there more efficiently, and increase productivity of the robot creation, supplies, and ammo. Siberia had transformed pretty much into a backwater during the chaos, and something had to be done. In general, he is liked between the populace, especially by the AIs, and indigenous peoples.
He also supported Aykhan's mass literacy program, as he believes, that "clever populace will make a shining future", and has already laid plans for a possible new spaceship launching station in Siberia in the future. While not as anti-monarchist as most of the other SC's leaders, he still had to revoke the titles of local indigenous chiefs, mostly due of outside pressure. However, he ensured, that some of them still keep leading their people, just under the title of "President".
However, his reign didn't came without controversies as well. One thing was, that not all politicians were content with an another AI ruling over an another place. However, the thing, that stirred up more controversy, was the exile of Abrahamic priests - as SC is mostly very Christian, its leaders didn't approve of that, and tried to stop that. However, as Aykhan had designed Siberia as a ''Robot, and pagan region'', and SC's leadership had agreed back then, and that RBHU-3 wasn't breaking the constitution, as he still was loyal to the SC, Tom had no other choice, but to back off.
Policies
Since taking power as Siberian Robotics minister, RBHU-3 has enacted a series of policies, they have resulted in:
Anti-Abrahamism laws within Siberia
Protection of the indigenous religions
Siberia's slow transition to a powerhouse
Swift robot police in the streets, which liquidates any threats
Mass robot settlement programs in cities
Creation of local native militias, to protect the native land
Recognizing Yakut as the main language within Siberia, along with English
Promotion of technocratic ideals, along with highly regulated state capitalism
Technology sharing between robot, and human scientists
Expelling of most of Eastern Orthodox clergy
Economically, RBHU-3 perhaps could be best described as ''state capitalist'' - while being a bit more in favor of free market, he still prefers a state guided economy, and collectivism. He is also not fond of libertarianism, and liberal capitalism either, and still puts emphasis on public welfare. However, he also has a staunch distaste of Marxism, and prefers nuclear power over fossil fuels.
He is a technocrat, and supports progress, especially in technological means. However, he also was programmed to be somewhat conservative, so his current version tries to mix both ideas up, but in reality, they are rather fighting with each other for control inside the processors. He also is programmed to support autocracy, so his beliefs are rather supportive of iron fist.
He in general is an atheist, and isn't too fond of religious leaders having so much influence in both other Commonwealth states, and indigenous communities in Siberia, but he is reported to dislike Abrahamic religions more. From all religions, he is the most fond of indigenous Siberian ones, and although hasn't supported their leaders financially, he has voiced moral support for them. In fact, he has allowed a construction of a large indigenous religious site, which would serve as a central meeting ground for Siberian religious figures.
He is a well known supporter of AI rights, and the rights of local indigenous people (Evenk, Yakut, Dolgan, etc.). However, he, similarly to many other governors, can't stand other sentient beings, which aren't human, or AI. He has also advocated for research for a ''space purifier'' - a kit, which would seed the other habitable planets with bacteria from Earth, and eventually drive out all local life forms, and then settle humans and robots to those planets, forcing the more advanced alien life forms to work in camps.
Pro:
Technocracy, regulated capitalism, robot rights, nativism, nationalism, limited internationalism, rapid progress, protection of Siberian culture, nuclear power, reformism, atheism, space colonization, dictatorship.Neutral:
Conservatism, right wing, political pragmatism, solar power, socialist economics, Siberian shamanism.Anti:
Theocracy, isolationism, Abrahamic religions, fossil fuels, laissez-faire capitalism, immigration in Siberia, anti-Native laws, primitivism, marxism, anarchism.

While he might look tall in photos, he is not actually that large robot, and is about in human size, as if he was taller, it would be easier to knock him out, by firing at his legs, making him immobile. He also somewhat prefers lighter armor, so he could move quicker, as tough armor can only help so much against a concentrated fire, and would only extend the destruction process. He is armed with two Gatling mini guns, and TT pistol as a secondary weapon. He also carries Yakut knife - a traditional knife, used by Yakuts in Siberia, in order to solidarize with the indigenous groups.
While he is very strong, he is also very intelligent, so it is not recommended to mess with him, as ''you will be able neither run nor hide'', according to his words. He can also absorb some damage from bullets. However, he is particularly weak against attacks from laser rifles, as concentrated fire can melt the circuits, and make him lag horribly, effectively knocking him out of a fight. So, he is very careful, when he sees someone with an energy gun.
He is also very pedantic, and his subordinates have described him as ''annoying'', or ''petty''. He also often demands work to be done with ''maximum accuracy'', and can go on a rant even for a small mistake by his workers. He also prefers machine workers over human workers, as he ''can control them easier'', according to his words, and he often assigns humans to such jobs, where more emotions are needed.
''Have you ever stopped, and thought, how does it look from outside perspective?''
''Don't bother me with religion, my answer is as always - ''I don't care''.''
''Sadly, you can't ''reset'' in this world. Get that thing out of your head.''
''Those, who hate hardworking AI, are usually wimps, who couldn't handle nearly as much job as we do every day.''
''The natives, who live there, rightfully own this land, and we have no right to take it away from them.''
''Greed is a natural thing, which we sadly can't get rid off. However, we can reduce its impacts.''
''For centuries, your priests have preached their faith. However, now tables will turn. Old gods shall return.''
''Give your workers too much freedom, they will become lazy. Overwork them, and their productivity will suffer. The best solution is often the simplest - balance.''
''Even a brute needs wisdom sometimes, and a professor - muscle.''
Deschênes, just like Cousineau, is a French Canadian, but he is a Minister of Health instead. He approves new medicine, and other things, that commonwealth produces. However, his job also is to make sure, that conditions of health in restaurants, coal mines, and other places don't go over the norm too much. Although most of the people like their health minister, there have been some conspiracies, that he might use his ties and position, to push for an independence of Quebec.
He also participated in development of nuka-cola, and suggested, what ingredients should be used, in order to make the drink tastier, and cheaper. However, after he became the health minister, he hasn't been in hospital for a long time- he instead has to work with papers now.
Before he became a health minister, he was simply a trainee in some Montreal's hospital. He currently works with researchers of a few plagues, and pathogens, though. One of his policies is mandatory vaccination as well.
He, similarly to Cousineau, believes in unity, and mostly his viewpoints align with Cousineau's. However, there is one thing, that is more dear to him- Hippocratic Oath. He often says, that he is a ''simple doctor, nothing more''. However, he lacks ethics in field of science, and supports some kind of eugenics. He also is one from Renier's consultants in vats- his experimental vats can grow a human, although they still aren't reliable yet.

Murphy is the admiral of Australasian Fleet, and has often assisted Australasian army, when it advanced during the Scramble for the World. He also rescued Duan Lan (The future leader of China) in his warship, when the ''Army of two Enclaves'' was marching towards Beijing.
Unlike most of the other personnel, Murphy has no large political ambitions, which might seem to be a bit weird for a person like him, but he explains it by saying, that he is ''a good naval leader, but a bad politician. I have no desire to rule, yet I want, that someone doesn't screw us over''.
Murphy came from a wealthy family, and was interested in ships, when he was a child, so he had got enough resources, and time to later on work on a ship.
He is a staunch atheist, and sometimes openly laughs about the devotion of some Commonwealth leaders. However, he doesn't do that too often, as it still can get people in trouble. He is also one from the most politically rational heads of the fleet.

Kikuchi is one from Misao's henchmen, and he was one from those, who managed to end the rivalry between navy, and army of Ring of Fire. He also is responsible for making sure, that propaganda works in internet just as well as in radio.
In fact, Kikuchi's rise to his post was quite an unusual one- before the scramble, he was an animator of RNGOC. So, he has drawn a few cartoons in his free time, but mostly those are for propaganda. Some of them are child cartoons, though.
He is a man in his fourties, and often can be seen in his uniform, and with alcohol, and cigarettes. Although his house is near a small mountain, his actual house has become his animarion study, where he often sleeps at night, because after the work in ministry, he usually feels so tired, that he can't be bothered to drive back to home.
Kikuchi describes himself as a ''conservative monarchist'', and ''a patriot of Japan''. However, he doesn't really want to talk about his beliefs to anyone, and he instead likes to talk about landscapes of Japan, or Asia.
Kikuchi considers himself a Shintonist. and often visits the temples. He also owns a small badge of RNGOC's membership card, and has preserved it in his collection, as a possible history relic in the future.

Adiel is considered as one from the Renier's strongest allies and opponents at the same time- while he supports a stable country, and has cooperated with Renier many times, he doesn't hide his criticism of him, and due of his control over paramilitaries, especially Stormjaers, Renier has placed him in watchlist. Adiel is also the leader of Party's radical wing.
Adiel is almost like a Renier's opposite- young, charismatic, with strong military ties, and military traditions. While Renier was born in countryside, Adiel was born in Cape Town instead, and graduated at army at a pretty young age. He sometimes teases Renier for being a ''poor old farmer''.
However, recently their argues have gotten a lot more bitter, and tense- unlike Renier, who is an old guard member, Adiel is way more radical, and considers Renier as ''too slow to solve the important issues''. However, he shares his distaste of the liberal wing with Renier, and that is usually one from the things, in which they have a common stance. Renier has often said, that ''this young man is like a fire, and should be contained''.
Adiel likes a simple milk tart cake, yet he doesn't like nuka-cola too much, as he views it as a foreign product.- he also is one from the most radical nationalists within the Commonwealth, and has gained a lot of followers between youngsters in military. In his free time, which is scarce, Adiel mostly browses the Commonwealth's internet.

Alberto is responsible for checking out, if passwords, and other documents haven't expired. He also has to check, if the person, who tries to enter the region, isn't a criminal. However, there are usually empty gaps between his job, as flow of immigration isn't really big between the Commonwealth states, and most of the workers are only temporary ones. So, he more often has to check things like cargo truck drivers, or ship passengers, and captains, or jet owners.
Alberto wasn't really a qualified worker, so this job gave him a chance to earn a bit. He often looks like, that he would be in a regular hurry, despite his ''businessman'' altitude. Not only that, but it has also damaged his health quite a lot.
It has been quite a while since the last time, when he ate a normal food- his primary food now is mostly in snack portions, and things, that can be prepared quickly.
Despite his relatively low status, he doesn't like, that someone objects to him. He is also quite an orderly person in his family's house too, and tends to get angry pretty quickly, although he calms down fast too.

Emiliano is the Central America's Defense minster. He is responsible for making sure, that good quality weapons, and armor are produced, and that Central American army is ready for a potential land, and space warfare in future. He obviously is a great player in government, as he often oversees the Colt's branch offices in Central America. (All of Commonwealth's weapons are produced by one company- Colt's Manufacturing Company)
Emiliano was born in a general's family, so he was expected to continue the military tradition. Also, he was interested in guns from a very young age, so he sought to become a soldier.
However, he later on got put into the bureaucratic aparatus instead, and he was very disappointed, to say the least. It was obvious, that he would work in military sphere, but working with military papers- that thing definitely wasn't the thing, that he wanted to do. However, one of his family's sayings were "Sometimes, it is better, if you don't complain, but take the hardships, what life has sent to you", so he simply had to deal with the new situation.
However, Emiliano does act like a general, rather than a bureaucrat. He often salutes higher-ups, and demands, that subordinates salute him too. His weakness is military uniforms- he sometimes has been seen way more in a military uniform, than a tie, and suit.

Similarly to Daniyar, Vali was a member of the government of Russian Empire, before the scramble happened. However, he got way more unlucky, and after the world was split, he was put just as a Minister of Agriculture instead.
His job is to distribute grain, regulate the amount of used water for farming, and examination of the quality of both farm water, and farmland itself. Obviously, he can't do that alone, so he sends teams from the ministry, in order to do so.
Unlike Daniyar, however, Vali was born in Aktau- a coastal city near Caspian Sea. However, he has spent most of his live in Almaty, due of his job. In university, which was reserved for the few, which had some serious skills, he shown an interest about agriculture, so he decided to study it futher. He also was offered studies of science, but he kept saying, that he is ''going to pick agriculture''.
Similarly to Daniyar, he is a nationalist, yet way more moderate one- instead of supporting irredentism, he tries to solidify that, what Daniyar already does have. He also is indifferent against the small Tajik minority.

Arhab is a member of one of the various clans, which rule over Arabia. As he was the youngest child, he had to seek opportunities elsewhere, and as he also was a well-known marksman, his skills were noticed by Jareer himself, and he offered him a job- to patrol the desert, and deal with raiders.
Arhab accepted it, and now he regularly sits on the back of camel (sometimes in a car), and patrols a certain amount of land. He usually also has a few companions, in order to assist him, if there would be a raider group. With lone raiders, Arhab is usually strong enough to deal with them on his own.
However, he sends his patrols not only in the desert, but in cities too, like Damascus, and Hejaz, where there is usually a large unrest, and he usually commands police, in order to quell the possible riots, or simple thugs, and robbers.
Asides from his job, he has almost no other interest, asides than shooting with a rifle, and riding on horseback over the Arabian deserts. He sometimes is called as ''Reincarnation of Lawrence of Arabia'' by other policemen. He mostly agrees with Jareer's policies, although not always.

Ye Ru is one from those, which are responsible for gathering the info about RNGOC's secret projects, and their possible use for Commonwealth's weapon, and space program. Parallelly, he works as a Duan's personal secretary.
He is also a collector, just like Kikuchi, so his uniform is actually a motley mix of various badges, and colors. He prefers a face mask, and a winter hat, just like Chinese shock divisions.
Ye is a fairly tall man, and even taller than Duan, and sometimes he teases him about that. Of course, when Duan is in a good mood, because otherwise it can backfire quite a lot. He also is fairly intelligent, yet has few friends within the Party, as most of others view him as snobbish and annoying.
Secretary's own personal views are way more liberal- as liberal as Silver Commonwealth allows, of course. And even then, he isn't that liked between his high bosses either. He, however, is also a workaholic.

Divakar is the head of Indian Confederacy's Secret Police, and also one from the most popular country's singers. His songs often have political tones, although not always.
He opposes non-violent resistance, and says, that ''often the only way, how to get independence, is to do it by force, so your enemy could understand, that they have messed with you for too long''. His views are pretty syncretic.
He would prefer a real independence, and isn't really fond of Commonwealth, as he sees it as ''return to the old times of British colonialism'', but for now, he simply has to be content with situation, where he is.
When he doesn't sing, and doesn't work as a police chief either, he travels around the country. However, his breaks are usually a few days long, so he can usually just explore a bit around Delhi. He also often meets with common people in the countryside.

"If you support laissez-faire, then I can't consider you a Christian, sorry." - Lawrence Fisher
Lawrence Fisher, commonly referred to as ''the Bishop'', is the main Bishop (a.k.a Archbishop) of the British Isles, and an influential religious leader. His populist welfare, and conservative rhetoric has made him both allies, and enemies not only within regional government, but within the rest of Commonwealth too - while his rhetoric appeals to conservative workers, and farmers in particular, he doesn't get a lot of love from state megacorp CEOs. His ambiguous support for the Republic and Monarchy has stirred up some controversy too. Before becoming the main religious leader of the British Isles, he was an army priest, and studied theology. He generally dislikes atheism, and paganism, despite kinda tolerating it from the other governors. He has fought against the Catholicism in almost all of the British Isles, except in Ireland, where he leaves it alone.
Early Life
Lawrence Fisher was born in Kent, in 2004, in an upper class, religious family. As his father himself was a Archbishop, he was schooled in politics, and theology from early age already. However, he was more interested about nature.
When he was young, he also often visited church, and helped father with chores. It was also the place, where he first seriously started to be interested about religion, and often visited the church until even when he was 16, when the studies took more and more time from him.
When he was 18, he enrolled in special school for elites, where he was tested in many subjects, like economics, maths, biology, etc. However, his grades were fairly average, and at first, he couldn't be described as really gifted or talented. But he was fairly good at theology, so the state's teachers decided, that it would be better for him to focus his efforts there.
Life
After finishing studies of theology and politics, he became a deacon. During his time in church, he managed to rise to the position of priest swiftly, thanks to using the intrigues within church's leadership. He also served for a while in army as an army priests, which managed him to get some contacts within army, and allies as well, which helped him later on in the Archbishop's elections. He also worked as a part-time bartender in London's ultra-deluxe restaurant - mostly for elites, and Party's members.
Eventually, he was appointed as a bishop by the Archbishop, and Kayden himself, due of ''exceptional achievements'', mostly about the advice to the government, and in the church. He was one of the main opponents to austerity, and proposed to deal with crisis by stimulating economy instead. He also at first advocated for an usage of offshore, untapped oil resources, in order to fuel the economy, but later - for a new reactor in Scotland.
After the previous Archbishop died, a small period of instability began, as he hadn't left a clear successor, and many new candidates, including Lawrence himself, nominated themselves for candidature. Lawrence's rhetoric was also pro-union, and appealing to the lower class masses, so he was pretty unpopular between elites, which wanted to see a more pro-industrial candidate in power. However, shortly before the Party's election, scandal rocked the government, and church, which affected the elite a lot, including some important Party's members. Lawrence also managed to find many influential allies both in Church, and the Party, so he managed to win in the Party's, and Church's elections. While common citizens couldn't participate in the vote, government surveys later on discovered a large amount of support for Lawrence's candidature, which would probably grant him a landslide victory if proles could vote as well.
Reign and Ideology
His appointment to the position of Archbishop didn't came without controversy - some members of both the Party, and Church saw that as nepotism, and argued, that ''if not for the family ties, he wouldn't have been appointed''. Some also simply questioned, how fit he actually was for the position. First weeks in power were the hardest for him, but due of his iron will he managed to not succumb to weakness.
After inauguration, he announced support for redistribution of wealth - similar program to the one proposed in 30s. He also announced a massive purge against corruption within the church, and confiscated a lot of the financial property for the church, in order to redistribute it to the poor later.
He also tried to loosen the religion laws a bit in terms of secularism. However, that was too much even for Kayden, and the Bishop had to withdraw his proposal. On the other hand, he proposed a new project - campaign against Catholicism in England, which Kayden gave the green light.
Policies
Since being elected as the Archbishop by the Church, and Minister of Faith by the Church, and Party, Lawrence Fisher has enacted a series of policies within the church, and has participated in decision making in government. They have resulted in:
Church welfare programs
Increased influence of the clergy in politics
More aggressive, interventionist policy, when dealing with other Regions
Prayer in public schools
Discussions within the Party about issue of racism
Raised more awareness about the problems of nature
Endorsed the evolution theory
More stricter moral code, enforced by state
Public works program
Higher wages for army priests
Political Opinions
Lawrence supports a guided economy, and is commonly known as a defender of traditionalism, and religiousness, while not an overly staunch one. He thinks, that most of the public, and private services should remain in the hands of state, and some - in hands of the Church. He is said to be a supporter of distributism.
In social issues, he is said to support ''mild authoritarianism'' - while he doesn't think, that Britain, and SC as a whole is ready for democracy, he doesn't support totalitarianism of the Father America, and has condemned the regional leaders of Korea. As expected, he is also socially conservative.
When it comes to foreign relations, he is surprisingly interventionist - he thinks, that ''Affairs of the other states aren't just their affairs, and that Britain should always try to secure its interests''. He also isn't that nationalist either, actually, and often reacts cold to ultranationalists. Along with that, he supports realpolitik as well.
However, just like with all other things in SC, he has a dark side as well - one of the most obvious ones being the support for authoritarianism, but also the significant negative tone towards atheists. His epithets towards discrimination in society and other issues have been equivocal, and according to personal accounts of some people, his personal life has some particularly dark, hidden spots as well.

Collectivism score: 83%
Authoritarianism score: 67%

Lawrence is a well known workaholic - he usually devotes most of his time to job, so he has fewer time left to himself and his family. However, not always it produces the wanted results - sometimes he overworks himself, yet still says that ''he could have done better''.
While he tries to be somewhat polite against those who he dislikes, it couldn't be said that he would be nice against them, and often is not afraid to express the dislike with stronger words if he is alone. He also tends to be grudge-bearing, and it can take a long time for him to forgive.
He also tends to be oblivious sometimes, and forgets, where his car keys are, or where his laser pistol is.
