*You found a note from an ex-member of government*
Well, the recent rise of spirits have scared a few people, indeed. However, I have a suspicion of that, what might be happening. Thing is, that SC's mortal government might just as well be a puppet of Wendigo, who do his, and other evil spirit biding, while they themselves rule as a sort of cabal in SC. Those recent sightings of mythological creatures, and recent contacts of indigenous shamans aren't just a coincidence - it seems, that spirits might be finally taking back their world. I predict, that somewhere in the future, a titanic, last battle between evil, and good is going to take place there. Humans will have to decide on their own, which side to support. Before you say, that I am crazy, I actually ventured in the depths there, and know a few more secrets - Tom is indeed aware of spirit awakening, and even serves one of them. Evidence is all around.

Regional leaders have to watch on their province leaders as well- they have less powers than regional leaders, but they still can be quite a pain. Sometimes, some of the Autonomies are governed like personal fiefdoms, and borders are a bit of a mess, as they are drawn along ethnic lines. Regional province leaders are usually from other minorities.
All of the leaders have sworn to not betray Commonwealth, and they have silver eagle badges on their chest as a sign, that they have sworn so, and that they are loyal. Silver eagles are also on the banners of the armies of the administrative states. When President-Governor gets their position, they get a special ''mandate'' from Tom, which grants them rights to rule over the region (Or Commonwealth State). If they have done something bad, Tom can revoke their mandate, essentially making them an illegitimate ruler. Tom doesn't even need to keep them always in check 24/7, due of deep competition, and distrust between them, resulting in them keeping in check each other - if one tries to rebel, others hold them down, until SCPS agents arrive, and punish them. President-Governor is the default title, while second title is optional to the ruler's location. In fact, some of the current President-Governors are former monarchs, which changed their titles.
Special hat
SC's designers have tried to create something for the Commonwealth governors, which could possibly match with the monarch crowns - a khaki colored, large general hat, with a black cap, with four smaller golden stars at both sides, and a large golden star in the center. It also has golden laurels on both sides. Of course, it can't really match with a crown, as it is less extravagant, and still looks like an army cap. Those caps are given to state governors as well. Symbols on cap also can include a cogwheel, torch, and fist, or some other symbol.
Leaders of Commonwealth States
Name | Commonwealth State | Nationality | Residence (Capital) |
Cauã Monteiro Leal | América do Sul (South America) | Brazilian | Rio de Janeiro |
Enrique Fernán | Centroamérica (Central America) | Mexican | Mexico City |

Stanley Johnston | Australasian Confederation | Australian | Canberra |
Renier has given more powers to paramilitary commanders, and a bit more rights for Namibian Germans. However, he is still fairly negative against Dominionists, and Natives, and labor camps are still around, along with apartheid. He is one from SC's henchmen, and has encouraged cooperation between Afrikaners, and Americans. He has also encouraged nationalism in African Frontier, but it is perfectly under Party's boot.
After process of decentralization, he considers SC as a partner. However, he is fairly negative against leadership of European Frontier, and fairly suspicious against foreign world. Some consider him to be a bit more than a puppet, and some consider him to be a closet socialist, but no one says that loud, because otherwise there is a risk of getting thrown into a labor camp.
Renier has many siblings, as he was born in a rural part of the country, and people there typically have more children.
Although Renier is a Calvinist, and a mysticist as well he supports science. However, when it comes to supporting science, he usually supports it only for weaponry, and technologies- he is not ready for progress in social means. Renier isn't psychotic, but rather a cold calculator, however. Despite him being a major asshat, even he has become disillusioned with Pieter from Afrikaaners Ryk, and has voiced his disapproval of Pieter's policies.
Renier, however, has inherited one trait from FAE- manifest destiny. He tried to colonize the African parts of disputed zone, by settling settlers in it. However, there have been bloody conflicts in disputed zone, and more and more funds are needed for South African army, to protect its holdings. In the end, however, it turned out, that Africa is way too big for Renier to chew, so he decided to focus only on certain parts of South Africa, and leave governing of the rest of Africa to natives. One of them are the descendants of Mobutu's party in Congo- while South Africa controls all of Africa de iure, de facto it has very little control north from its own province territory. Renier, however, has to watch out not only from defiant warlords, and movements in the north, but from his own party members too, especially Adiel. Commonwealth is like a web of a complex game, and everyone, who has some kind of power over a certain territory, plays it.
He has also settled German scientists, and generals from the New Disputed Zone in Namibia. The complex operation first picked the generals up from the coast, and took them in a submarine to the England. Then, they were transported with a fast, perhaps supersonic speed plane, until they reached Namibia. Although their knowledge would benefit Suid-Afrika slightly, there's one catch- some of them are strasserites, and in exchange for better tanks, and technology, strasserism might grow in Namibia...
Recently, Renier has started an experimental vat program, with which he hopes to increase the population of South Africa. He has cooperated both with Siberia, and Canada in this affair. His plan is to create a population boom, and later settle it down in the northern lands.
In order to suppress revolts, Renier usually deploys Namibian German mounted cavalry. Renier is perhaps one from the most loyal Governor-Presidents, and for now, holds tightly to power. Renier has also engaged in border clashes with Native rebels along the frontier, and wouldn't be afraid to use drastic measures, if war would go badly.
Renier's, and National Party's HQ is located in a hotel, which is an unusual choice, to say the least. Despite that, it still has got a lot of protection, and has been nicknamed as ''most safest hotel in South Africa''.

Archer Waters is the President-Governor of Canada, which got appointed by Tom in his office, after Tom removed Cousineau from his office - it was an unexpected event, since it is the first time in history, when Tom has used his privileges to demote a regional governor from power. Before that, Archer was the leader of Ontario.
Archer was born in the family of Canadian elites, so he was parallely schooled into leadership from young age as well, alongside with usual school material. However, he was partially descended from a family of farmers as well, so he was often taken to the farm in his childhood by his father, to remind him of his "roots". Perhaps that's one of the reasons, why he is so supportative of ruralist factions.
Because of his status, it was a bit easier for him to climb up to the higher ranks. However, competition in the academy was still very strong - it was a place, where new candidates from influential elite families studied, and tried to fight out their way under the sun. He was able to pass the test, but only barely. However, some of the higher ups saw potential in his results, and decided to let him continue.
Eventually, he was accepted into the Party, and later on was elected as the governor of Ontario. However, at the same time, Cousineau also became the leader - at first, Tom seemed to prefer him more, although majority of the local party supported Archer. In internal strife, Cousineau was able to win, and Archer had to wait, until opportunity would strike.
Unlike Cousineau, Archer is said to be more mentally stable, and more pragmatic in politics as well, as he belongs to the "new wave" of leaders, which practice realpolitik, and casual calculations more so than ideology. Also, he is said to have a good sense of humor, strong work ethic, and courage. However, it still is said, that ''he has something to hide'', and his bad qualities include arrogance, selfishness, and carelessness.

Leal is perhaps one from the strongest opponents of Commonwealth. Ruling with an iron fist over South America, his rhetoric against FAE isn't even a secret. Due of that, Supercomputer Tom considers him to be a large problem, and has tried to remove him from power multiple times, but has always failed. For now, Tom has been patient, but it might change...
Leal was born in a fairly large family, which had four children (including Leal, who was the oldest), and most of them picked military career.
Leal is an Integralist, and is also perhaps one from the most inclusive governors in Silver Commonwealth- he accepts all nationalities in his frontiers as equals, if they integrate, and some from Africans have actually escaped to South America, while fleeing from Renier's apartheid. Surprisingly enough, Renier doesn't mind it that much.
Although Leal's Brazilian Integralist Party is in the charge of South America, most of the other governors are actually from Spanish descent, and so is the case with populace as well. Some governor ideas also conflict with Leal's ones, and Natives don't make things easier either- they are way higher in numbers than in North America, or Central America, and although Leal is allied to them, and they have their own regions to govern, situation is still tense between them.
Leal is quite a friendly person, and often will offer you a Brazilian coffee, or a cigarette. However, he will still cautiously watch over that, what is happening in his house, and he still can be intimidating.
Leal has an ''official'' HQ in Rio De Janeiro, but it is rather like a facade. His actual HQ is located in Amazonian rainforest, and it can be accessed only with a ship, or helicopter (although landing pad is used way less often than dock). This HQ was built with the help of Natives, and they, along with Party members themselves, are really the only ones, who know the access to it. Although it looks like a typical rich man's cottage, inside it looks like a planning room, and it has internet as well- it is often called as ''isle of internet in the sea of ''no connection''- it is the only connection to internet for a considerable amount of kilometers. It also has a missile launching pad, and a button, which could order all South American missiles to fire, if it was necessary. It requires authorization before firing, though.

Kayden is the governor of the Federation of Europe, and Lord Protector of the British Isles. Before he was a governor, he had quite a military experience. He has a personal authority over Blackshirts, and is a federalist, although in a different way- his plan for Europe is way more similar to Mosley's. He also has been criticized for his authoritarian republicanism, especially if considering the fact, that all of the Lord-Protectors have been more authoritarian, than Prime Minister, or King ever was.
Although Kayden has children, he often is lone in his office, and sometimes writes poems.
Perhaps one from the most controversial governors- asides from creating government controlled labor unions, he has allowed a few authoritarian leftists to enter his government too. However, he still cracks down on most of other leftist movements.
He is approx 40 years old, and his personality is humorous, yet reserved at the same time. When he wants to chill out, he usually goes to a pub with friends. He also is somewhat mischievous, and usually has schemes in mind.
Suprcomputer Tom considers British Isles and Iceland to be like an outpost in a hostile, chaotic territory, which is the New Disputed Zone, so Kayden keeps a very keen eye on military funds, and technology, and ordered to build forts in both Iceland, Ireland, and British Isles. He wants to both keep his power, and gain prestige in Tom's eyes.
Although he has focused on England the most, he also has put a significant effort in Ireland's fortifications, as a possible flanking move might strike Britain from the back, if it is not careful. Although Iceland's fortifications aren't bad, they are a bit weaker, and generally considered a ''weak spot'', despite the fact, that Canadian ships, and planes can supply it from Greenland.
Kayden has tried to avoid most of political reforms, that have came with the winds of change. However, with every day, Kayden feels, that his power is growing- and yet reducing at the same time. He gives bonuses to those nationalists, which support his Federation project. If some group would object, he would try to convince them with words, or bribes. And if that wouldn't work out too... Then he would purge the defiant elements.
After the formation of European Federation, however, he both received new funds, and new expenses- he shifted his money from British Isles to Urals, Caucasus, and East Thrace, as British Isles weren't really an outpost anymore, despite being an important part in the Federation. He, along with Luc, is also an architect of European Army. He also is typically suspicious against non-Europeans.
At beginning, it was easy for Kayden to manage, and keep power, as he ruled only over Iceland, and British Isles. However, after Federation's creation, he also has to fight with many local governors, who make tons of political intrigues too. Groups in Balkans particulary are hard to manage, especially Iron Guard.
Kayden's, and Federation's HQ is located in rooms of Buckingham palace, as it was thought to be easier to find an another house, instead of building a new house. However, its interior isn't that rich, and is mostly minimalist, with a few artworks of landscapes, and past leaders at the walls. Only noticeable thing is the room of Federation- it has seats for both Province representatives, and Autonomy leaders. In some ways, Federation handles things with provinces just like Commonwealth handles Federation itself. However, there is a bunker just a few meters further from the palace, which can serve as a temporary command post in case of war, or large maintenance works.

Stanley is the governor of Australasian Confederation, and similarly to Fernán, is fairly young- approx 25 years old. He is the chairman of Center Movement. (New South Wales)
Stanley is loyal, of course, but not too loyal- he has his own interests in mind, when he signs contracts, and makes sure, that Australasian Confederation benefits the most from them. Thanks to Stanley, Australasian Confederation is perhaps the best place to be in all from Commonwealth Nations.
He mostly is indifferent on natives, unless they are an obstacle for resource extraction, although he is a bit negative on them sometimes. He has put a lot of work in New Zealand too, however, and views them as brothers and sisters. Some of his siblings are New Zealanders too.
Stanley loves sarcasm, and dark humor. He also is a cynic, and will often talk in a monotone, or bored tone, even if he does actually care about the situation. He has pissed off Renier quite a lot, due of his humor.
Similarly to Kayden, after the Australasian Confederation was created, it became pretty hard for Stsnley to msnage power- he had to put down revolts in Philippines, and New Zealand's Legion has also become pretty defiant, even if it is his closest ally. Activities of Blue Shirts Society in the southern China are also quite frequent, and have damaged his authority there. They even have tons of lodges in there.
Stanley's army, and paramilitaries are way more suited for island hopping strategy, coastline attacks, and sailing through rivers deep in mainland, as it was the purpose, for which this army was created, and most of it consists from marines. So, it has a fairly large fleet, and there are tons of bunkers, and fortifications, just like in England.
Stanley believes, that he must progress along the winds of change, so he has quickly adapted to the situation. He also is a nationalist, and puts 100% of himself, when he has to work on something. Although he is a conservative, he is perhaps the most democratic governor of the Commonwealth. He also is probably the nicest, and most cheerful from the governors.
Similarly to Leal, Stanley's residence in Canberra serves as his usual, and ''normal'' residence, but his real residence resides in a nuclear power plant in central parts of Australia. It is also a gathering point for many Center Movement members. It also is protected by a few robot guards, and has some from the most modern computers in Australasia. (They mostly are suited for nuclear plant's job, though) Unfortunately, it is not a safe residence, as in a possible meltdown, it becomes very deadly.

Fernán is a fairly young man in his twenties, and a staunch Catholic. Perhaps the youngest from the governors. Has brown eyes, and dark hair, and a lot of physical strength.
Similarly to Leal, he has a disdain for Supercomputer Tom, so he isn't generally trusted by the Supercomputer. Although he voted for Commonwealth, when FAE was still a Federation, his proposal for a complete independence was rejected.
However, unlike Leal, he isn't that inclusive, and is neutral against nationalities other than Hispanics at best. However, just like Leal, he is pretty much a right winger.
He still had to give in to the workers demands, though, and currently, the left wing of synarchists is growing quickly. Perhaps Fernán's territory is the one, that gets affected by change the most.
Fernán has way less opposition from Natives, as Central America is way less diverse than South America. However, infighting between local governors is still an issue. Another thing is the native communes in Chiapas, and model of them is often considered as an alternative to Synarchist rule, so Fernán has tried to isolate it from the rest of Central America.
His characteristic is typically ignorant, and there are few people, who he loves, or truly cares about. Most of his friends actually can be described as ''friendly acquaintances'', and Fernán has been infamous for his hot temper, and brawls. He also has a hard time to tolerate other religions.
Although he was born in a family with many kids, he isn't close to any of them, and rather likes to spend time with his military peers.
Enrique's HQ is located in an old ranch, which has been renovated. Reason for this is Enrique's argument, that ''fresh air, and countryside helps brains to work better''. However, unlike some other governor HQ's, Enrique's one is as bland as expected- it is still mostly a ranch, with a few places adjusted to a HQ. On the other hand, ranch still houses horses, and cattle, though.

Governors of the new Commonwealth states
*You found a note from Renier*
The new governors seem to be promising, especially Aykhan - he learns fast, very fast. He is a robot, after all. I have to watch out from Jareer too, though - he also learns fast. As for others... Not my concern.

Name | Commonwealth State | Nationality | Residence (Capital) |
Duan Lan | Zhōngguó (China) | Chinese |
Beijing |
Jareer al-Guler | Alsharq al'awsat (Middle East) | Arab | Rihyad |
Aykhan | Сибиир (Siberia, Yakut) | Yakut | Sector-1 (Formerly Norilsk) |
Onoue Misao | Honō no wa (Ring of Fire) | Japanese | Tokyo |
Daniyar Bekzhanev | Türkistan (Turkestan) | Kazakh | Almaty |
Vinod Adwani | Bharatiya Kamphederashan (Indian Confederacy) | Hindu | New Delhi |
Quinton Mcdowel | Antarctica | Antarctican (English) |
Town Halley (Halley polar station) |
Duan is one from the few high ranked RNGOC's officials, which were pardoned by the Supercomputer Tom, and now he is the President-Governor of Zhōngguó (China), which is a part of the Commonwealth.
Duan has an extended family, and he can often seek support from other members in the family.
Previously an influential player in RNGOC's government, he was one from the persons, who coordinated both enclave resistance against Commonwealth armies. Due of his tactical geniuses abilities, he was spared from execution, and given position as a governor. However, he had to destroy his Blue Shirt Society member card, and a few other documents.
Perhaps due of this, Duan isn't that nationalistic, unlike other governors, and tries to sway along with wind, like rye. When asked about his ideology, he mostly tries to avoid discussing it, and usually goes deep into paperwork. However, in terms of authoritarianism, he is just like an average Commonwealth's governor. His policy is integration of the smaller groups into one.
Although he mostly has no meaningful opposition from other ethnic groups, Mongolian party is one of the few serious ones, that make trouble for him, and compete for power. Situation is similar with Tuvan parties in the north- although Duan's government is officially allied to them, in reality, they have a bitter competition going on.
Duan often has a bottle of rice wine on his table, and he is fairly reserved, like most of the Commonwealth's governors. If he talks, then he only talks about politics, or administration issues- nothing about his personal life. Due of that, few people knew his personal life in the past, and even less people know it now, as they were mostly the upper class of the Party.
Duan's HQ is located in the Forbidden City, and at first, he wanted to place Protector of Asia's portrait in place, where Mao's portrait would be irl, but Tom's administration didn't allow that, so he simply placed a picture of Chiang Kai-Shek instead. Although many rooms of the City are used to house the party members, some of them are still empty. It also has anti-air artillery, and a considerable amount of guards, but otherwise it still lacks defense.

Jareer is a governor of the Middle East. Unlike most of the other governors, he wasn't a member of any Party branch, as all of Arabia was in a disputed zone. He was a leader of some minuscule faction in Arabia, before he accepted offer of being a Governor-President of the Middle East.
Jareer's family is fairly large, and even in very dark times, he has managed to provide food for it. However, it has never been easy, even now, when situation is kind of better.
Jareer is the lone wolf, and isn't that interested in relationships. He mostly likes to do everything alone, and only calls help, when it is absolutely needed.
Although it seems, that he is ruling over all of Middle East, most of the Arabia is actually held by local clans, and he acts more like a mediator between them. His authority is direct usually only in Riyadh, and other large, few Arabian cities.
He is kind of religious, but religious radicals are actually one from his biggest enemies, due of his status as a popular figure- it would be hard for extremists to take over. In a few regions (Asir, Jabal Shammar, Yemen), he is less liked, than in, for an example, Nejd, or Hejaz, but for now, he can keep himself in power. He also has promoted Baathists on some extent, and has fought against Wahhabi, and Ikhwan soldiers.
In his party, there are both zealously atheist, and deeply religious factions, and he tries to be like a mediator between them. Of course, there is an issue with local parties too (Especially Kurds in the north, and ethnic groups in Iran), and local clans also compete for power. In some cases, that might even turn out to be bad for his Republic, as clan troops are a large part of his army. His internal policy is somewhat dark, though - he often considers Magna Arabia as heart region of the Middle East, but the rest of Regions, including Mesopotamia, and Levant - as its meat shields.
He feels the best in a company of friends. However, he can cross a desert alone, and still be perfectly fine. Some say, that disputed zone has hardened him quite a lot.
His residence is also a former Saudi palace, which has been renamed to ''President's palace'', and adjusted to relatively modern standards. Around it, however, there are mostly camps, made out of mobile government trucks, similar to SUVs, and one of them can house 6-7 people in it, but it also has a special attachment, which can connect two cars together with a pipe, and many of those cars connected together create a sort of a camp, which is a ''camel and a tent in one package'', according to Jareer's words. Those are the places, where Jareer's Bedouin, and Republican guard lives in.

Aykhan is a robot, created by the Russian Empire's scientists, shortly before the fall of two superstates. His word means ''happiness'' in Yakut language, and he can speak in three languages- Russian, English, and Yakut, for a some reason, which remains unknown. He also is an atheist.
Aykhan was driving in a train through Siberia, when superstates collapsed, so he found himself in a place, where he had to be very strong, in order to survive at all. Luckily, his creators had gifted him with long-living batteries, and very strong metal, so he was able to survive for many months, and probably could survive for even many years.
When Commonwealth soldiers found him in Siberia, his batteries were almost discharged, and his metal also was damaged a bit. If soldiers had arrived a few days, or weeks later, Aykhan most likely would have shut off completely.
Anyways, after he was found, his batteries were recharged, and he was put as a Governor-President of Siberia. However, unlike most of other governors, he isn't a powerful figure, but rather like a figurehead, and a representative (Although he usually gives advice to military council, who is in charge of things) of the Siberia.
Unlike Supercomputer Tom, Aykhan is a humanoid-like robot, and way more emotional. He was programmed to lack emotions, just like Tom, but a few malfunctions happened, and now he is a very cheerful robot, and often will greet people with smile- such thing is rare in the Commonwealth between humans, not even talking about robots.
However, Aykhan has his own plans too- he wants to turn Siberia into a state, where robots, and androids are the majority, while they would retrain Yakut culture. Aykhan believes, that humans have way too much flaws, and that ideal government should come from robots. However, Aykhan's idea on how to do this is simply by producing more robots, which could then produce other robots, and gradually reach his target. This is also the reason, why most of Siberian provinces are named after practical names (Permafrost, Ural Crossing, Taiga), and only one state is named as Buryatia. He has also renamed Norilsk, and now its name is Sector-1.
Sector-1 is a city in Siberia, which was built by the robots, which Aykhan created. Currently, it is growing way faster than any human city, as robots can work for longer time periods, and are easier to reproduce. Sector-1 mostly consists from robotic workers, and most of its budget comes from natural resources around the area. Sector-1 has been fortified with the most modern technology available, and although for now it is the only machine city, robots plan to build even more cities like those in the future.
Aykhan's residence is very futuristic- a tall, robotic house in the center of the city. His council mostly consists from other robots too, and it has force fields as well. It also has tons of robotic guards, and other stuff, making it a very concrete fortress. It often is considered as an extended part of the city as a whole, as it grows faster than any human cities. Residence's interior is kind of similar to a megacorporation's one, and it has also a planning room, and some futurist art on the walls, along with optical illusions.
However, as much as Aykhan might seem convincing to people or pass the Turing test, in the end his ''personality'' is still pre-programmed, and it might be that he is actually carrying the views and personality of one of the programmers or other specialists which worked on him.

Misao, similarly to Duan, was a high ranked officer in Japan, which was under RNGOC's control, before it collapsed.
Misao, just like Stanley, has only one sibling, and his family structure is way more similar to a nuclear family's one. However, he doesn't get along with his brother that much.
When RNGOC collapsed, Misao, along with a group of other high ranked Japanese officers, and ninjas, formed his own group- a mini version of RNGOC's Enclave, which ruled over parts of Tokyo, and was able to held raider groups off, and manage some kind of order, until Australasian troops arrived. He was allied with Tōhōkai for a while, but eventually broke away from them, while retrieving some parts from their ideology. He later absorbed them back into his government, when Ring of Fire was established, though.
He was one of the participants in the Conference of New York, and according to some rumors, he was the one, who managed to convince other Commonwealth leaders to not incorporate Japan in Australasian Confederation, but instead create it as a state of the Commonwealth, along with territories in Manchuria, Korea, and Eastern Siberia. However, other sources say, that Australasian Confederation never planned to take Japan as its part anyway. He also was ready to restore the monarchy, but plan got stopped by Tom, forcing him to be a President-Governor instead. (He adopted ''Shogun'' as a secondary, optional title, though)
Unlike Duan, however, Misao is a staunch nationalist, and always tries to get the best for Japan, just like Stanley. However, Misao hasn't got even a shard from Stanley's cheerfulness- he often is worn out, stressful, and easy to piss off. Also, he has supported the continued conversion from Kanji to Rōmaji, which has earned him criticism from some of his comrades.
Misao has the most issues with the leaders of Korean Worker's Party- a continuation of Kim's party. Misao also faces resistance from Siberian Native, and Manchu administrators too. However, they are a less of a concern. In fact, Han Blue Shirt Society lodges in Manchuria are a way bigger threat to Misao.
Misao lives in a mountain castle, which was used by Shoguns in the past, and it also is a summer residence of Tōhōkai members too. At the winter, Misao is usually one from the few, that do live there, though. It is perhaps one from the most weakest residences, and mostly it is simply
a medieval castle, with no modern weaponry attachments- it hasn't even got a helicopter landing pod.

Daniyar is the governor of Turkestan, and similarly to many other leaders of the new Commonwealth states, he had a high rank position before in the government of Russian Empire, but he got kicked out later, due of his nationalistic, and Pan-Turkic rhetoric, that wasn't in line with Party's doctrine. When it comes to gender roles, he is pretty much a traditionalist, and supports agrarianism.
Daniyar is the only child, and his childhood was full of struggle, and he often had to do a lot of hard work, in order to get some bread, and not starve for at least a day. Even when he got to Party's tables, which seemed to be way more plentiful, his past experience had taught him to not waste any food.
Daniyar continued to live relatively comfortable in the Almaty, even after the collapse of other two superstates, and he had food reserves for survival. However, the collapse of superstates, and lack of central authority affected him too.
After the conference, he was given lands of the East, and West Turkestan. He proposed to give him all the lands, where Turkic people live, but his proposal was rejected, and he just had to be content with territories, which he got.
Although Tajik minority in the south are a bit of a concern for Daniyar, his most serious issue actually is tribalism, and infighting within his own party- both Uyghurs, Kyrgyzs, Uzbeks, and Turkmens want to achieve the best positions for them in government.
His character is rather bitter, and his health is not in the best condition. He also fought as a soldier for a while, and sometimes acted just like a typical wasteland raider. He also eats a lot- this trait he got from his parents, and it was necessary in times of hunger, when it wasn’t sure, when next meal would be.
His summer residence is a simple yurt, but his government house is rather a gloomy blockhouse, and is almost similar to Soviet houses. However, it has installations underground, which can quickly gather the Party members to safety in a possible war scenario, as blockhouse has advanced air raid warning systems.

Vinod is the governor of Indian Confederation- a state, which consists from Indian Subcontinent, Tibet, and Afghanistan.
Similarly to Jareer, Vinod was a leader of a disputed zone organization. However, it was very nationalistic, and fascist, and its goal was to unite India. He had a deal with Australasian governor Stanley, and Vinod already knew the future borders of Commonwealh States- He would get Afghanistan, Indian Subcontinent, and Tibet as well. However, Myanmar was planned to be incorporated in Australasian Confederation, so he didn’t got it.
Vinod also has a lot of children, but he can't spend much time with them, as he always has some kind of a job, and is a very busy person.
In first stages, after Indian Commonwealth was created, most of the job was done by Australasian Soldiers, but later, when Indian National Army was formed, Australasian troop involvement reduced to sending helicopters, jets, and other equipment. All-India Hindu Assembly was put in power.
Eventually, when all of Disputed Zone was taken, Vinod could finally start to work on his country- many schools were built, infrastructure was repaired, and Indian Confederacy connected to the Commonwealth's web. Despite that, there is still a lot to do.
Vinod is a charming fellow, with brown eyes, and hair, and is extroverted. He often comes first, and goes away last. He is also fairly intelligent, and although his IQ is a bit higher than average, it is not extremely high.
As India is diverse in terms of ethnicities, so is the political climate there- tons of autonomies make it a big, big political web, in which even Vinod is hard to orientate in. However, that has to be expected, as his army is one from the most diverse units between the States.
Unlike for most of the other governors, Vinod's residence was specially built for both him, and his party. It has some luxury, walls, and guards, in order to keep intruders out from it. It is located in Delhi's outskirts, away from the city's noise. It also has a large pool, and airfield. It has some elements from traditional Indian architecture as well.

Quinton is the overseer of Antarctica. He describes this job as ''one of the most boring things possible.''
Quinton was the youngest child in two kid family, and originally was born in Denver. However, later on, he was picked for being sent to Antarctica, in order to manage administration, because he had extremely well resistance to cold. However, same couldn't be said about his administration skills - he openly hates his job sometimes.
Quinton has no strong political beliefs or opinions - in fact, he is apolitical. He has no love for the Party, because it sent him to Antarctica, after all, but he doesn't dare to openly oppose it either.
However, he has encouraged migration of scientists, and other personnel to Antarctica, in order to boost economic growth, and in attempts to create an ''Antarctican identity''. He also gets pretty pissed, when Antarctica gets treated like a Territory, because he considers it a full Commonwealth State, with the same rights as other players in other continents.
Quinton's residence is a simple bunker, which is full with basic stuff like food, radio, computer (Its internet is very slow, perhaps even slower than SC's average internet), a bunch of rifles, and scientific gear. It is also protected by sentry bots, and mine fields. It is located in a lonely Antarctic valley, with dead land, and mountains in the horizon. One of his few personal property items are his infra-ray glasses.

Former leaders
(His old pic is now in the military factbook.)
Cousineau is a mysterious, and silent figure- unlike Langehoven, he doesn't enjoy company, and likes to do things alone. His stare often gives chills to people around him. His personality is also somewhat unstable, and he can break down mentally, if there is enough pressure. The skull, and his crossed guns on his uniform's chest plate symbolize, that he isn't a man of a mercy. However, recently Cousineau doesn't wear his uniform as an intimidation factor anymore, but rather for fashion instead. He also has picked a more formal suit recently.
Cousineau is a man in his thirties, and is athletic. He has short, dark hair, is fairly thin, and has sharp facial features. Has blue, yet dark eyes. Not much is known about his family, and parents- even his friends don't know that much about his personal life.
Although he is a French Canadian, he aims for an united society, and tried to suppress separatist elements, and integrate Quebe, when he was the President-Governor of Canada. He hasn't got as large problems as Renier has, as Natives are a lesser concern of him. However, he still has to watch out for power hungry members of his own party. He also displaced natives from certain places of closed zones (Nunavut, Northwest Territories, Yukon), and instead sent in soldiers, and built military bases there (Although he mostly lets them stay, unless they get into the way of his plans). He also suppressed farmer, and worker strikes brutally. (Although he was forced to give up in some terms). He also is somewhat negative on Asians too.
His military is fairly small, but strong enough, to defend itself. However, Cousineau still depends on FAE for food export, and although he hates it a lot, he admits, that he is dependent on the Supercomputer Tom. Same goes for economy- POC still owns most of the oil fields, and Cosineau can usually get back only a half from the oil supply. He views Americans as brothers, however.
Cousineau theoretically is a Catholic, although he isn't practicing it that much, and he actually is an atheist. His political ideology, however, isn't that well defined- he kind of is a nationalist, but isn't a fanatic, but rather pragmatic. So, some people suspect, that he is just an opportunist. He has said, however, that ''he is the one, who carries the torch of Unity Party, and Arcand.'' Cousineau also is kind of an environmentalist.
He spends his free time by hunting animals, reading, and fishing.
He also is rumored to be a chairman of the secret Canada's Socialist Party...
Cousineau's, and Unity Party's HQ is in Small Fort- a smaller version of White House (Also nicknamed as ''Fortress indestructible''). Although it has a few similarities in construction, and has just as good protection, it is way weaker- it has no nuclear strike interceptors, at least not on its own. Its guard power armor is weaker as well, but underground war room- smaller.
However, recently Cousineau has been fired from the office by special directive order from Supercomputer Tom, because Tom thinks, that ''Cousineau is too unhinged to lead a Commonwealth state'', and placed the more pragmatic Canadian Archer Waters as the new governor of the Canada. While Cousineau still remains close to power structures, he has been demoted to the Archon of the East (Quebec), so he now is just a Regional-Governor, not a governor of the Commonwealth. While still maintaining tons of power, Regional-Governor title is not as impressive. Cousineau has been reported to have been ''very bitter about the Tom's decision'', and that he is ''disappointed in his old friend''. He is also said to be already preparing for the role of Theocrat, and Head of The East's Catholic Church.
His relations with the first nations as a President-Governor of SC's Canada were fairly complicated - he officially described policies like modernizing the army, setting up anti-missile radars in Arctic, developing infrastructure, and establishing a safe zeppelin supply network as a ''wordless apology'' for the mistreatment in the past. However, critics say, that ''those are policies SC's Canada would have done either way, apology intended or not.''

*You found a note from a Party's member*
National elections would not work in SC, even if they were rigged, as our parties aren't supposed to be different sides of left-right spectrum. No, they have a different purpose - to give a representation for every ethnicity in our world.
Also, it is good, that power doesn't concentrate too much in one person's hands, because otherwise it would be enough with cutting off the main head of hydra, to make all the rest heads to fall off. With power split all across the party, you will have to cut off all Hydra's heads, to make it fall...
