I have found it helps to remind yourself of the things that drew you to the site in the first place and, if possible, reorient yourself towards that. For instance, I once was spending most of my energies on parts of NS that I didn't particularly enjoy, and caused me stress. Now, I almost exclusively work on my factbooks and do some light rp on rmbs. Those were the things I originally enjoyed about the site (as well as trying to forever raise the stats on my nations :P )
As funeral have said, find what you (will) enjoy here in NS. It's a diverse community.
