Grand Coordinator Nubtuk leads the efforts of the region and currently holds full executive power, however due to a pledge created at the formation of the region, will cede to a democratic power control process if the region reaches a size of 15 member states.

Whilst the Intelligentsia aim for the betterment of all through the pursuit of science, a strong military is required for all member states. This ensures that the region is safe and able to act to eliminate common threats.
