Prime Minister Baygents welcome, His Excellency Hanafian Iko, President of Himlan which will come to Hundredstar for his first visit, schedule on 24 - 25 May 2017.

The President Hanafian Iko will meet with His Excellency the Honorable Dr. Harris Baygents, Prime Minister of Hundredstar, to discuss both nation bilateral relationship. After the meeting, the Prime Minister and the President will witness the signing of Hundredstar - Himlan Mutual Cooperation Agreement between both nations and address members of the media.

Agreement on Comprehensive Strategic Partnership between the Himlan and the Hundredstar. This is a general framework agreement which highlights the areas of bilateral cooperation identified under the comprehensive strategic partnership including CROW, DOSAGE, CARPIA, INTRA and CABPRI Initiatives.
MOU between the Government of the Hundredstar and the Government of Himlan on mutual exemption of entry visa requirements for the holders of both nations passports. The agreement also allows holders of diplomatic, special and official passports visa-free travel between the two countries.
To setup Hundredstar-Himlan Trade Promotion Board (HHiTPB) agreement, with annexes, understandings, and related exchange of letters.
Agreement on the conditions of construction of complexes of buildings of the Hundredstar Embassy in Himlan capital and the Himlan Embassy in Bledllyn with attachment.

The Police Oversight Royal Commission
The Police Oversight Royal Commission (POROC) was created to assure that police services are delivered in a lawful and nondiscriminatory manner and provides the public with meaningful participatory oversight of police policy & procedure. The Royal Commission has a variety of responsibilities, which may include:

Reviewing police department policies and training procedures
Collecting, reviewing and auditing summary data & compiling aggregate statistics relating to complaints of police misconduct
Facilitating, along with the police department, appropriate cultural awareness training for sworn officers
Contributing to the performance review of the Chief of Police
Creating and implementing a community outreach program & coordinating outreach activities with the The Royal Commission on Civil Rights
Promote and engage a cross section of the community stakeholders in the implementation of the plan

Today (15 May 2017), Mr. Dewitt Folger, Deputy Prime Minister of Hundredstar and Maulana Abi Umar Halabi, Deputy Prime Minister of Bindu launched in Bindustan City a Hundredstar- Bindu Investment Initiative (HBII) to strengthen a bilateral partnership that is rooted in common values, principles, and interests. They agreed that the HBII will aim to deliver tangible results in expanding ties, fostering shared prosperity, and promote bilateral cooperation on inclusive economic development, trade and investment, labor, and tourism. The HBII will also address common global and regional challenges in areas such as the environment, climate change, and clean energy.

As part of the event, Maulana Abi Umar Halabi hosted a working lunch to discuss economic challenges, reform priorities, and bilateral cooperation in support of Bindu's reintegration into the international financial community and sustainable economic growth in both our countries.

Signing MOU under HBII Frameworks

Agreement on setting up of a Shawalabad Robotic City (SHARC) in Shawalabad, Bindu by Xavier Investment Corporation, the Hundredstar government’s investment arm; R&D Promotion Agency and its Bindunese Shawalabad Science Corporation (SSC), the Shawalabad state government’s investment arm.
MoU for methanol and methanol derivatives project in Al-Jabal Petrochemical Zone inked between Triplesuns Petrochemicals, Consortium of Muas as Saleem Engineering (MASE) and Bindu National Petrochemical Industry (BNPI). Located at Al Jabal Province, it comprises three plants to be built in two phases. It is estimated to be completed in 2021
Agreement for Hundredstar's Rottanham Fresh Dates International (RFDI) has secured a deal with Bindu’s National Dates Farms to export Bindunese Murabbi Dates, worth US$1.53bil, to Hundredstar.
MoU of a framework investment collaboration agreement to develop the Fatimagrad Gateway project was also signed between Gemedia Construction Ltd (GCL) and its Bindunese partners Bindustry Heavy Construction Ltd, Al Ahmadeen International Hotel Group and State of Bindu Holding Inc - State own Investment arms. They will jointly develop three of four islands off Ajal Sea, Fatimagrad as part of the RM30bil Fatimagrad Gateway, a mixed development for a tourism, deep-sea port as well as smart-city and commercial hub.
Agreement on aviation sector, a joint-venture MoU was signed between Hundredstar Airlines, Sultanate of Bindu Airlines and Rashad Aviation Technology to establish a Starian Low-cost Carrier Terminal (SLCT) in Wazirudabad, capital of Wazirudabad province in central Bindu. The three entities will also set up an aviation academy to train pilots, crew, and engineers, as well as maintenance, repair and overhaul facilities to service aircraft.

The Defense Ministry has made a determination approving a possible Foreign Military Weapons Sales Initiative to the Government of Sekangkang kera for GACO H-2 Beetle heavy utility helicopters. The estimated cost is $180 million. The Defense International Cooperation Agency delivered this possible sale on May 21, 2017.

Sekangkang Kera has requested a possible sale of six (6) H-2 Beetle heavy utility helicopters with customer-unique modifications. Also included are Heavy Machine Gun Pod (RIP-77 MkII),four hundred thousand (400,000) rounds of .50 caliber ammunition, training, spare parts, and logistical support, mission equipment, communication and navigation equipment, special tools and test equipment, ground support equipment, airframe and engine spare parts, technical data, publications, maintenance work order/electronic change proposals, technical assistance, repair and return, quality assurance team, and transportation of aircraft. The estimated cost is $180 million.

The proposed sale of the Bell H-2 Beetle heavy utility helicopters will improve Sekangkang Kera’s capability to meet current and future threats. Sekangkang Kera will use the enhanced capability to strengthen its homeland defense and deter regional threats. Sekangkang Kera will have no difficulty absorbing these helicopters into its armed forces.

The principal contractor will be GACO- Heliux Industries of Uberhamton, Bledllyn. There are no known offset agreements in connection with this potential sale.

The Prime Minister, Dr. Harris Baygents, launched the Hundredstar’s fifth Youth Café in Rushmore District, Bledllyn today. The Youth-Star Youth Café is the culmination of the partnership between the Youth Council and our Non-Governmental Organisation (NGO) partners, the Youth-Star Foundation.

Youth Cafés are an initiative borne out of the national Youth Development Strategy, and the Youth Council Strategic Goals, specifically Strategic Goal 2- which calls for improving education outcomes and opportunities for youth development. The Youth-Star Youth Café is a space which puts youth on a path toward creating opportunities not only for themselves but for others too.

The Youth-Star Youth Café will offer the youth of Bledllyn a 6 months program, which will address the holistic development of young people.

The Government allocated $93 million this year to jointly launch the five-year Eco-friendly Partnership Programme (ECOPP) with Bledllyn Science Institute (BSI). Under the program, the National High Technologies Development Agency, Ministry of Trade/ Technologies & Mining provides professional services in conjunction with over 100 environmental technology service providers in the Hundredstar to help factories there adopt cleaner production technologies.

The program also facilitates the exchange of information on environmental technology and the promotion of environmental technology and services, creating business opportunities for our service providers. Responses from the trades have been positive. Since the launch of the program in January this year, the program has approved over 390 projects up to end-May this year.

Prime Minister Baygents today launch PROJECT NAVAL 2020. PROJECT NAVAL 2020 will introduce into service the next generation of naval surface combatants. The future naval platforms will be required to conduct a range of missions, with a particular focus on air defense and anti-submarine warfare. The fives class will have sufficient range and endurance to operate effectively throughout regional maritime condition and will be able to be deployed from forwarding bases, such as in the crisis flashpoints. The platforms will be equipped with a range of offensive and self-protection systems. The vessels will be built in Hundredstar, and Saltbridge and will incorporate the GACO Maritime System and her subsidiaries.

This project is one of a number of maritime projects to ensure Hundredstar retains a sovereign capability to build and sustain its naval vessels and implement the Government’s commitment to a continuous build of naval surface ships in here.

The Prime Minister of Fracels, His Excellency Erkki Kiuru, will undertake an official visit to Hundredstar from 30 to 31 May 2017. The Premier will be accompanied by senior ministers as well as a Fracellis business delegation.

During the course of the visit, Prime Minister Erkki Kiuru is scheduled to have a bilateral meeting with Prime Minister H. E Baygents. The meeting will allow both leaders to take stock of bilateral relations as well as explore other possible areas of collaboration. It will also be an opportunity to exchange views on a range of global and regional issues of common concern.

Both leaders are also scheduled to witness the signing of a number of bilateral agreements and treaties aimed at further promoting cooperation between the two countries.

Hundredstar also will welcoming Prime Minister Francisca Dias de Sousa of Reino do Brazil visits on 12 - 13 June 2017 and President Fred Augustinne of Karoghustan on 19 - 20 June 2017.

Creation Housing Committee
The Long Term Housing Strategy Steering Committee (Housing Committee) is conducting a comprehensive review of public and private housing demand, including the demand for rental housing and home ownership, and devising a new long-term housing strategy. Also, the Committee will assess the medium and long-term housing needs of different social strata and groups, set priorities and make long-term plans. The establishment of the Committee and other relevant government measures demonstrate unequivocally the Government's commitment and actions to resolve the housing problem.

The estimated cost is $720 million. The Defense International Cooperation Agency delivered this possible sale on May 02, 2017.

Fracels has requested a possible sale of one (1) SpecAvi-1 and four (4) C300 Globeshifter including training, spare parts, and logistical support, mission equipment, communication and navigation equipment, special tools and test equipment, ground support equipment, airframe and engine spare parts, technical data, publications, maintenance work order/electronic change proposals, technical assistance, repair and return, quality assurance team, and transportation of aircraft. The estimated cost is $720 million.

The proposed sale of this aircraft will improve Fracels’s capability to meet current and future threats. Fracels will use the enhanced capability to strengthen its homeland defense and deter regional threats. Fracels will have no difficulty absorbing these helicopters into its armed forces.

The principal contractor will be Oversea Consortium Ltd.(OCOL) of Princewalks, Bledllyn. There are no known offset agreements in connection with this potential sale.

Hundredstar also will represent by Foreign Minister, Dr. Bernardo Postell; Dr. Philip Workpool, Ministry of Defense Secretary General; Dr. Simon Harphursts, CEO of Government Armaments Central Office (GACO) and Major General Ian Sathwelders, Director, Defense International Cooperation Agency to to witness the signing of the defense procurement deal.

Darul Takzim has requested a possible sale of five (5) H-3 Dragonfly Utility Helicopters with customer-unique modifications. Also included are Nino-17 infrared cameras, training, spare parts, and logistical support, mission equipment, communication and navigation equipment, special tools and test equipment, ground support equipment, airframe and engine spare parts, technical data, publications, maintenance work order/electronic change proposals, technical assistance, repair and return, quality assurance team, and transportation of aircraft. The estimated cost is $120 million.

Joint Statement on Hundredstar-Atok Partnership on Cyber Policy
Event: 1st Atok-Hundredstar CyberCrime Dialogue
Date: 07 March 2017

Recognizing the benefits and risks of our increasing dependence on networked information systems for the daily functions of our society, the Governments of the

Hundredstar and Atok acknowledge the importance of cyber policy cooperation and express our intent to strengthen our engagement on cyber issues bilaterally, regionally, and globally.

The Hundredstar and Atok further intend to launch an intergovernmental, bilateral Cyber Policy Working Group (CyPOWG) to facilitate improved cooperation. This group can serve as a policy-level channel for identifying cyber issues of mutual concern and developing new joint initiatives. It is our shared belief that the establishment of this Working Group will strengthen and help protect the economic and security interests of our respective countries, companies, Internet users, and the global cyber community.

Dr. Ramon de Ravensteen, Director, National Cyber Guard Authority (CyGA), Hundredstar , will lead the Hundredstar government interagency delegation that will include other representatives from the relevant authorities.

Air Lt General James Frocksword, Director, Atokian Space & Cyber Agency, Ministry of Defense, will lead this initiative for the Government of Atok.

The Government is committed to developing Hundredstar into a smart city by using innovation and technology to enhance city management and improve people’s livelihood. Sustainable Urban Initiative Academy (SURIA), Ministry of People Affair and Smart Cities Council, Ministry of Trade/ Technologies & Mining will complete its study by the middle of this year. So far, preliminary studies have been carried out on some important areas such as the environment, healthcare and transport.

The Government is using Ravencrest as a smart city pilot area, leveraging people-centric information and communications technology solutions for the sharing of data to improve the use of resources and enhance the management of pedestrian and vehicular traffic flows.

The Government is striving to promote the establishment of a SURIA Data Infrastructure (SDI) to provide government departments as well as public and private organisations with an information infrastructure to share spatial data, supporting various smart city applications, and support the smart city blueprint.

The Ministry of Defense has made a determination approving a possible Foreign Military Weapons Sales Initiative to the Himlan for H-1 heli and Petrusberg II class OPV with weapons, and related support. The estimated cost is $488 million. The Defense International Cooperation Agency delivered this possible sale on April 29, 2017.

The Government of Himlan has requested a possible sale of up to twenty five (25) GACO H-1 helicopters and fifhteen (15) Petrusberg II Class Offshore Patrol Vessel, weapons package, technical support and program management. The total estimated program cost is $488 million.

The prime contractor will be GACO - Himlan Helicopter Project Ltd, Bledllyn. There are no known offset agreements proposed in connection with this potential sale. Implementation of this proposed sale requires the assignment of at least five contractor representatives in Himlan.

This is a general framework agreement which highlights the areas of bilateral cooperation identified under the comprehensive strategic partnership including CROW, DOSAFE, CARPIA, INTRA and CABPRI Initiatives.
MoU between the Ministry of Defence of the Government of the Hundredstar and the Department Defense & Intelligence of the Government of RM on cooperation in the field of Defence Industry. MOU between the Government of the Hundredstar and the Government of RM on joint training, yearly exercises and officer exchange between Terrorist Affair Dept., National Police of Hundredstar and RM Land Airport Transportation & Aviation Security Group (LANTAS), Department of Renewable Energy, Transportation and Enviromental.

That is why the Prime Minister, Dr Harris Baygents, today announced an investment of $89 million to Kingdom Strata Automotive of Hundredstar, Ltd. The Government of Shaftegill will contribute an additional $5 million in support of this project. These investments will attract an additional $1 billion in research and development spending from Kingdom Strata Automotive of Hundredstar, and lead to the creation and maintenance of almost 800 good, middle class jobs for Hundredstarian workers.

Today’s announcement will help Kingdom Strata Automotive of Hundredstar transform its Kronewish Operations into a world-class green engine facility, which will result in an all-new global engine program that will support good, middle class jobs, and ensure the facility’s long-term future.

These investments will also strengthen Kingdom Strata Automotive of Hundredstar’s research and development capacity at existing facilities, including the Clean Powertrain Engineering Research and Development Centre (C-PERDEC) in Kronewish.

The investment comes from the Hundredstar’s Startegic Industries Development Fund (SIDEF).
The C-PERDEC will develop technologies to make vehicles eco-centric and more fuel efficient.
The automotive industry is the country’s second largest manufacturing sector, producing more than 2.3 million vehicles every year and contributing $17.5 billion annually to the Hundredstarian economy.
The auto sector employs more than half a million Hundredstarians, and for every assembly job, it creates six spinoff jobs.
Kingdom Strata Automotive is Hundredstar’s longest-established automaker.
Kingdom Strata Automotive operates with one head office, three regional offices, seven assembly and engine plants, and five parts distribution centres.

The National Environment Agency has undertaken key programmes across its branches to promote environmental protection and conservation. Some of the major programmes include;

i) Awareness creation and public sensitization on the value of the environment as a resources and its conservation.

ii) Participation in Conference of Parties to various sector's representing the interests of Hundredstar in specific aspects of agreement.

iii) The National Environment Agency has formulated and published a National Climate Change Response Strategy (CCRS) to guide all sectors in mitigating, adapting and coping with effects of climate change. In this regard, the National Environment Agency is spearheading the implementation of the Strategy to ensure the proposed interventions are adopted by the relevant sectors. The implementation of the Strategy will enhance resilience to adverse effects of climate change and ensure programmes and projects become “climate proof”. Further, an implementation plan for various sectors has been developed to action the strategy.

iv) The National Environment Agency is undertaking review of current policies in-line with the Constitution of Hundredstar and also enable the capturing of emerging environmental issues such as climate change and related environmental disasters, invasive species, strengthening institutional framework for sound environmental management and promoting green economy initiatives by various players.

v) The School Green Initiative is a major programme coordinated by the National Environment Agency in collaboration with National Education Authority. The programme is encouraging tree planting in schools since the learning institutions own land and the student population guarantees high survival rates of the trees.

vi) Creation of Nation-wide Forest Stewardship Commission (NFSC): is an local, non-profit NGO that was founded in 2015 in response to growing international concerns regarding deforestation as well as increasing consumer demand for a credible wood-labelling scheme.

vii) Corporate Environment Initiative such as Kingdom Strata Automotive Roovertoft Plant (KSARP), which manufactures models such as the Aresa Strata and the Pony Strata, is utilizing electricity produced by landfill gas generated at a local landfill. This project is a collaboration between KSARP and Unicorn - Firman Waste Gas LLC, a company that provides waste transporting and disposal services in Roovertoft [formerly known as Rodneywell], Shaftegill marking the first such business-to-business model in the region for converting landfill gas into usable energy.

Today, Prime Minister Dr Harris Baygents has received H.E. Dr. Sallahudeen Abu Ghaffar, Ambassador of The Sultanate of Bindu, on a courtesy visit at Bravetimber Mansion.

During the meeting, the state of bilateral cooperation at all levels between Hundredstar and Bindu has been assessed. H.E. Dr. Sallahudeen Abu Ghaffar, Ambassador of The Sultanate of Bindu has appreciated the excellent economic relations between the two countries, showing that they will continue to develop.

In this context, Prime Minister Dr Harris Baygents has affirmed his support for facilitating sectoral dialogue as an important component of the economic cooperation development.

Hundredstar Government supports the EVENT 2017 (Electric Vehicle Nationwide Initiative 2017). The Plan intentions to eradicate technological, legal, administrative and economic obstacles to Hundredstar’s electric mobility development. The Government will allocate $11.8M to set up:

- 50 quick-charging points (QCP) accessible from the public road network
- 150 new stations for semi-fast charging in urban networks and leisure centres
- 1,000 new charging points with subsidies covering up to 50% of installations cost in cases where there are difficulties in setting them up, such as in private community car parks.
- A Unified Identification and Payment System (UNIPAYS), developed for users and accessible through smartphones for easier access to the EV charging network.
- Inaugurating The EVENT 2017 Board will ensure the compliance of the Strategic Plan and will bring together public and private agents associated with electric mobility.

Hundredstar government objective:

- Upsurge the number of electric vehicles in Hundredstar
- Lift confident of companies backing electric mobility through fleet renewals with electric commercial vehicles.
- Inspire new business models based on electric mobility
- Backing Hundredstarian towns wanting to apply measures to increase air quality and energy diversification

Establishment of a Smart Cities Council (SCC) was approved at a meeting of Ministry of Trade/ Technologies & Mining on Sunday. The meeting was held under the chair of Dr. Andrew Buddy Tostado, Minister of Trade/ Technologies & Mining and Dr. Omar Ramadhan Surya, 1st SCC Chairperson. SCC envision a world where digital technology and intelligent design have been harnessed to create smart, sustainable cities with high-quality living and high-quality jobs. To tap into the transformative power of smart technologies, cities need a trusted, neutral advisor. The Smart Cities Council provides that help.

STRENGTHENING ECONOMIC RESILIENCE
Boosting Domestic Investment. Domestic investment activity will be intensified with its contribution to GDP estimated at 26.7% in 2016. It will be driven by the increase in private investment at NSD218.6 billion and supported by public investment of NSD112.2 billion.

Under this measure, among the projects and initiatives that will be implemented are:

First: Development of the Cape Bermont Digital Valley (CBDV) covering an area of 108,000 hectares from Extooth to Scorpimouth, Cape Bermont, with an initial investment forecast of NSD5 billion in 2017;
Second: Implementation of Federalion City Centre in Lewden with a development cost of almost NSD11 billion for a period of five years;
Third: Development of an airport township or Bledllyn International Aeropolis in an area covering 1,300 acres which is expected to attract an investment of NSD7 billion
Fourth: Investment of NSD18 billion estimated in 2017 for the Refinery and Petrochemical Integrated Development (RAPID) Complex in Cape Longweather, Holmlock
