The Capitalist response to its emigration problem

A great deal of commotion has been stirred up over the past few days as local worker and peasant defence forces were mobilized along the Volga River Line of Control, which divides the People's Republic of Warzone Asia from the imperialist Warzone Europe. The most recent alert was ordered in response to the positioning of so-called "blocking detachments" - military units deployed to prevent defection from the dominion to the People's Republic by summary execution of any persons attempting to leave. These new measures represent only the latest attempts of the increasingly desperate WZEU government to stem the tide of proletarians fleeing the oppressive capitalist regime to the freedom of socialist society.

According to reports from a lucky few asylum seekers who were able to successfully evade the capitalist death squads, the order to execute refugees was given by the governor in response to the announcement from the Chairman that refugees hoping to seek security and stability in the PRWA would be welcomed with open arms. In response many individual nations of WZEU have joined in this latest dogpile, with the remnants of Armedegon vowing to subject any suspected defectors to a painful death by rocket launcher. In addition to these extreme measures, there are unconfirmed reports of western military aircraft penetrating the airspace of Warzone Asia in an attempt to spy on and intimidate our comrades at the front lines into backing down. Nations of the PRWA are unified in disgust at these most recent acts of barbarism in support of a failed ideology.

Warzone Asia Socialist Pact Opens to New Members

To no one's surprise, following their earlier intransigence, capitalist representatives invited to the Warzone Asia Socialist Pact Friendship and Cooperation Summit accused governments of the PRWA of acts of terrorism and made threats of further sanction. Clearly peace and cooperation are not are their agenda; only threats and deception, and endless profits for the capitalist war machine. But our valiant forces will not be intimidated by the militaristic rhetoric of the western bloc. Along the Volga River Line of Control, the collective forces of the Warzone Asia Socialist Pact stands ready to defend the homeland from capitalist infiltration and exploitation.

With these latest threats to international stability mounting as the imperialist oligarchies continue down the war path, WASP member states have opted to admit several new members, increasing the collective defensive capability of the region. Additionally, the WASP summit yielded a resolution which will permit states outside of the traditional borders of the People's Republic of Warzone Asia to apply for membership. The summit also introduced a new "protectorate" status designed to include states which are not presently able to meet all entry requirements.

Already the fraternal socialist nation of Velkon has joined the ranks of our esteemed alliance, vowing to assist in the advancement of the people's cause. The social-democratic nation of Mikalistam also formalized ties with socialist powers in the region, applying for protectorate status. In order to better assist the defence of the young nation, WASP has begun construction on several defensive bases throughout the small archipelago.

Warzone Sandbox Ratifies New Constitution

A brief press release from the region of Warzone Sandbox indicated that the referendum to adopt the new constitution has been successful. The new constitution which establishes the legitimacy of the post-kurwa government has been described by some experts as establishing a "democratic dictatorship". Under the new document, the delegate has supreme executive authority, however the citizens are guaranteed the right to vote on matters of vital importance, providing a balance between the strong central government needed to maintain order and a free and open society.

Warzone Sandbox is notably still under the military occupation of coalition forces, including dominion sovereign forces from the capitalist Warzone Europe. Whether this new constitution was perhaps nudged along by dominion interlopers, and whether the legal establishment of a new government changes the methods employed by these foreign troops remains to be seen. With luck, this new constitution will be a bold first step towards joining the ranks of established native Warzone regions, and will lessen the ability of foreigners to dictate domestic policy in WZSB.

At the request of the Chairman, the initialism used for Warzone Sandbox has been changed to "WZSB" from the UWR-inspired "WZSA". WAPD also wishes to clarify that events in WZEU refer to Roleplay events of individual national governments. Any hostility reflected does not represent the views of the PRWA towards its fraternal native Warzone governments.
