Although a fascinating read, the article is, in truth, no more than reactionary kulak propaganda. Comrade Santa Claus is a model figure of the international revolution, and his benevolent leadership as dictator of the eleven proletariat has made it possible for the Christmas economy to remain on par with the western and state capitalist rivals. These alleged incidents of "state terror", where they exist at all, are necessary responses to the threat posed by counterrevolutionary subversion. The compelled shift away from an agrarian economy is simply a means of achieving industrialization.
As for the rumors that Comrade Santa is some kind of capitalist, the man himself has affirmed his belief in the communist ideal in interviews with western media, as demonstrated here:

So I got kinda bored and started plugging numbers from NS into some calculators. According to the defence forces metric, my main nation has some 720 megatons of various explosives just laying around.
