A Sad Day
It was 4:00 pm in the city of Berlin. Inside the Oberkommisar's office it was quiet. This was until 78 year old Forst had suffered a stroke while drinking coffee. He was rushed to the hospital and has survived. He had awoken from his stroke and he was fine. This was until while walking outside he had collapsed while walking down the stairs. His guards have checked his pulse only to see that there was none. He had passed away at the age of 78. Until his successor is found, Germany shall be placed under Marshall Law by the Wehrmact.

Al-Annad also approves of Germany’s decision to be placed under temporary Marshall law, seeing that Germany trusts its military enough to allow them to lead the nation is very reassuring to Al-Annad.

After discussing among the Prussian Party, no successor in the party could be found. Majority were wanting a revival of a monarchy which General Shultz states,"A revival of the Monarchy would be a disaster. Diplomats were invited to the Prussian Convention and some members grew hope. Only one person fell under Forst's views in a similar manner. Viktoria Hohenzollern was the person. Most were Surprised that the successor would be a woman. Despite this, they have accepted as she was granddaughter to Kaiser Wilhelm II. Justification: The Region of Tatenda does not have an official anthem or military march. The current state of affairs is untenable, and due to our exploding population, Parliament and/or the President must clarify which tunes/songs to use on official occasions, like Independence Day/Establishment Day (15th June), as to avoid any future disputes.
Hereby decrees:
1. The Regional Anthem to be determined by a public vote, supervised by Parliament.
2. The Military and Presidential Marches will be the Radetzky March, by Johann Strauss Sr and Semper Fidelis by John Philip Sousa respectively.
3. These tunes/songs are to be played as the interim anthems of Tatenda until the aformentioned vote goes ahead, with the Radetzky March being the one used for foreign engagements.
