The Progressive Party

The Progressive Party is the current largest Party, and has gained control of the Office of the Secretary-General, 3/4 of the Cabinet, and the Presidency of the General Assembly. It is not only the largest party out there, but also the most active, with virtually all legislative proposals currently emanating from there. With its fame comes responsibility, and unlike anyone else they have something to lose.

Advantages
- Easily the most influential party in executive and legislative arenas at the moment.
- Very active, ideas and debates are happening.
- Progression in political spheres will be accelerated because of the prestigious entourage and experienced folk.

Disadvantages
- You may be seen as part of the "establishment"
- You can't base your political career on criticising whoever's in government, since those people are basically you or your partymates...

The Liberal-Democrats (formerly known as Social Bloc)

The LibDems are an up and rising party in the NWI political arena. Mostly composed of experienced politicians from abroad (The New Western Empire specifically, one of our embassy regions), the LibDems combine the shiny aspect of being new with the experience of being staffed with people who know their stuff. Only one of their members has displayed much political activity recently.

Advantages
- Get to be in a small and new party without being surrounded by fools
- You may be able to rise quickly through the party and political ranks if the party grows popular. It's an interesting gamble.

Disadvantages
- With the exception of its senior figure, the Party is inactive and uninfluential in most political affairs here. Nothing much is happening there.

The Centrist Party

The Centrists are an old party with a solid history. Many of the former government officials (pre- mid-2019) had ties there. The party generally advocated for milder policies and a don't-get-too-hasty approach to NWI politics. However the place is a bit deserted currently, with their Party Leader being the only active figure, and even then rarely appears in the General Assembly.

Advantages
- Old history and power resides in the Centrist Party
- They are quite tolerant of most views.

Disadvantages
- Like the LibDems, they tend to be a one-man party these days...

Thank you! I've been contacted by both Celestiam and Reno sheriffs department and they explained to me all :). Right now i don't have discord because i never had it so i don't really know how it works but i think I'll might give it a try.

In the meantime, feel free to give any contributions or ideas you may have in NWI General Assembly (if that wasn’t mentioned already). We generally do drafting on discord for convenience, but that doesn’t preclude drafting from taking place there.

today we have seen many men of the capital heading south, flying the colours of the combined force of the Masnachwyr, and Amazares factions.
as their purpose has yet to be disclosed it is to be assumed that there has been some form of deal stricken between the two factions and resulted in a combined raiding party.

it has been assumed they harbour greater malicious intent as the Masnachwyr are often seen as the least aggressive/ most diplomatic faction available what their aim is yet to be seen.

With new resources and reignited will,
the Space raiders have set out once again to plunder the stars dry.
to further this ambition they have settled a large space rock, floating around, somewere,
these bases are to be used as dining halls, breweries, scav docks, and loot hoards.
these will be settled on occasion & connected to the main raider docks from now on,
as to keep coms, and co-ordination.
