Yeah, see, that’s where I think I should’ve thought this through more. I may need somebody else to help me out here.
Maybe it could be a meeting place to discuss economic issues and things (approving/denying trade routes, sanctions, etc.), but at that point, it would just be an economic center for the alliance.

1. Factbook for your claims after aquiring land: Please make sure you have a dispatch made for each annexation of land after you acquire your country's territories. (If you do not want to do this, go to 2 directly)
2. Roleplay: This is Mandatory. Roleplaying your annexation can help. Just ping me whenever it is about controlling land.
3. Realistic Role play time: Be as realistic with the time of roleplaying as possible. The roleplaying of annexation should take 2 days minimum. (IRL time)

4. No alts if you are already on the map: This is considered not legal on the map since this creates a loophole of making many alts and occupying territories. If caught, the person will be removed and banned from the map for 5 months.
5. No RP, No service: This is an RP Map, meaning you have to RP. If you do not RP for 28 days consecutive, ur claim will be removed and you will require re-claiming the lands again.

oh btw hows the cables going? as well can we open a airline route to your nation too? we have a new jumbo jet to use for air traffic now and we want a special event to corinate it.
We only allow air passenger service with nations we rate Cozy or Steamy, but we could allow air cargo routes landing at our Marambio Heavy Air Field. Might not be a good glamorous maiden flight.
The cable laying is a progress (OOC:I wanna do a dispatch about it, lol), probably for a day or two yet.
What was the telecommunications deal you do on the middle east that you mentioned before?
I found out that Central America was unclaimed. As a result, I have claimed it.

also as for the middle east, we wish to do a large scale investment and modernization of the region following our occupation of the lands, and wish to build fiber wire cables, and other telecommunications installations, we wish you to be part of the process of it, as it would greatly help our overall plan to modernize and reform the middle east as a whole, as for the jumbo jet, we will hold out until our wallet has warmed your heart i suppose lol.

I don’t think Kami0 did, but I don’t plan on making it an international economic zone. The only way I’d do this is if I get something in return, or some international committee votes against it.
I though we all agreed to never attack Panama in exchange for it not restricting traffic, just like the real world... that way Marecageux makes an income off fees in exchange?
I do want all ships to pay a fee based on what kind of ship it is, what it’s carrying (if it’s carrying anything), and its tonnage. I also want to control what the fees are for certain nations. Sometimes, we may have a common enemy that uses it for some things we don’t like, or we just want to make things harder on them, so I want to control who can use the canal and who can’t as well. But I can still come to terms with using only the fee system.
