I agree, and may have had a lot to say about it elsewhere lol. Needless to say, the amount of references to the word dark or shadowy is overbearing and takes a lot away, imo.
If they'd been included, I'd vote for them. As it stands, the text in my opinion isn't enough to warrant.

Yes, you do it with issues. It may take a day or a week, but eventually an issue will come along that will allow you to reverse your prior instance. This has helped me more than once when I keep accidentally installing space programs to get rid of my trash. I haven't gotten that particular issue in a while though.
You'll need to pick pro-environment options in your issues. It will take time but eventually you will have a good climate and have reasonable sustainability. Now, if you're mini-maxing like me, such things will never be enough. It's impossible to stay at "balanced" levels without sacrificing significant progress in one arena or another.

I would be less opposed to a proposal that focused exclusively on RP elements, but the tone of this resolution reads to me as a gotcha for mod rules. Desperately trying to sidestep the 3(a) rule that you cannot get credit for work done as site staff because the author is opposed to the concept that creating an official browser theme is acting as site staff. That doesn't make much sense to me in any possible IC interpretation I can imagine.
Anyway, instead the author uses threads from 
Factbooks and National Information as arguments for commendation, while struggling to understand the difference between nations, nation's, and nations'. I cannot recall the last time forum factbook threads were used as commendation arguments, and I'm certain I've never seen an entire proposal based around them. I'm not at all sure if such a thing is even commendable. While the data compilation does go across years of time, it only feature nations that speak up, it doesn't provide accurate updates of changes like a data dump script would, and the entirety of the content is provided by other people. So, for sure, it's just an RP outlet for nations less than 250MM pop.

The answer is a bit more complex than what others said above. First, it may take some time. And Second, while you will (most likely) eventually get an issue allowing you to ban polygamy, such a ban might also have other unwanted consequences. This game is devised as a Challenge, and you usally chose the least evil of bad options (unless you choose Dismiss, which, in my opinion, goes against the spiritg of the game, but sometimes you just have no choice).
Congratulations! I personally liked Chatula's entry a lot, and am glad it won (even if only at 2nd place).
All flags were great, and I had a hard time chosing only five. I no longer remember exactly whom I voted for (except the one I mentioned above). In my belief, participation itself is its own reward. So, congratulations and a big thank you to everyone who participated!

Please refrain from spamming the RMB. Your environment will never get you banned or kicked from Refugia, however, the abuse of the RMB can and will if it continues. The purpose of endorsements in a region is to increase the influence of the region itself (each endorsement given to a WA Delegate, ours being Sylh Alanor, will increase our region's voting power in the World Assembly) and to increase our individual influence stats.

I thought I'd ferry us toward election month with a bang. For my final embassy recommendation of my term as Councillor of Foreign Affairs, I'd like to submit 10000 Islands. They're established, they're stable, they often vote the same way we do on WA matters, all good things. But the most important part to me is that a lot of people from that sphere have moved into the Refugia chat and our region and have been wonderful friends to us.

Those of you who have been hanging around our Discord or on the forum for a little bit have probably met HS (EmojiTheft in the region, but his main is HumanSanity). While he has been in the region for a bit now as a friend, he and I have also been talking about Foreign Affairs considerations for a few months now. And today, I’m happy to bring you the product of those talks- the final embassy recommendation of my term!
10000 Islands (XKI) is a massive and very old region, coming in at just under 1,300 nations as of me writing this. They’re well-known on NationStates for being the home of TITO (the Ten Thousand Islands Treaty Organisation), a defender military, and being incredibly active as a political force. Beyond that, they’re also highly interested in a lot of areas we are- cards, community events, World Assembly discussion- and we tend to align in a lot of ways on those interests. Most recently, it was HS and XKI that invited Refugia to the Harry Potter festival that just ended last week.
XKI also shares a lot of friends with us. They have embassies with Forest, Spiritus, New West Indies, The East Pacific, and Canada. This overlap of communities is one of the major reasons I’ve been looking at them as a potential embassy candidate for the last several months. I think that this will be a fantastic embassy for us, one of the top cultural fits we’ve found outside of the eco-friendliness sphere.
I am hereby invoking RRS 6b to call a referendum on the opening of an embassy with 10000 Islands.
