If a nation has over 20 billion in population, it may be inactive and quiet but it generally understands game strategy and game rules. There are many reasons why nations do not post on the RMB.
I realize that all the WA nations that recently miagrated here must have been allies of 
Imperial Eden since he got your endos without giving you his. I did wonder what the intent of his delegacy was since both Mythradore and Yoru Sora came from the Isles of Trinity which had many of the hallmarks of an invader region. I ejected IE because that was the only way to remove him from the delegacy. I did not ban him because other than lie and exaggerate, he didn't do anything that would make me object to his presence in this Region. So he is free to come and through this Region as he pleases for the present.
However, it looks like your group will be creating your own region since he and Mythradore are busy founding regions. Wishing you the best of luck and success in The Atlas Union or where ever you end up. Enjoy the game.

I'd like to thank your founder for the warm welcoming message that is TG'd to all who come here. We are a group of nomadic nations who are traveling thru NS hoping to make new friends and to enjoy your region for a few days. If you would like to check out our members, I will give the name of our home region to anyone who requests it via TG; I do not post it on the RMB because we do not want to be accused of recruiting, which we never do.

Welcome, welcome to the merry band. We would NEVER call the police on you, the most famous and most venerable of the nomadic tribes. Indeed, we are honored by your chosing to spend some time here.
My apologies to the members of the Traveling Region for the slow pace of our response. We're kind of a sleepy region until some event, catastrohpic or interesting, wakes us up.
In response to your query, the region, United Nations, has been around in one form or another nearly since the beginning of NS in late 2002. It had at least one previous founder. Unfortunately, I did not record that nation's name. At the time, I wasn't thinking like a historian -- only like a hawker. Around 2007, the founder CTE. The region was empty and disappeared during the update. I refounded it. When the real UN sent that disgusting letter in 2008 to Max we asked if we needed to rename the region. He assured us that the region's name was still acceptible. In 2010 a new group of mods came in who didn't know our history and changed our name to UNTIED. After numerous discussions and a personal appeal by the Kingdom of Tihland to Max reminding him of prior discussions we were allowed to remain United Nations with the stipulation that we should not use the UN flag as our regional flag, hence, the use of a version of one developed for the League of Nations, the UN's predecessor.
The incident 
Calcaterra mentioned was a recent spate of name calling between some of the newer nations that had settled here and nations in another region. I put a stop to it. The name callers left and founded their own region. We were never under any threat. It was merely histrionics. Many n00Bs don't understand the game rules but I'm sure they'll learn if they stay with the game long enough.
Anyway, welcome, welcome. I know you're anxious to move on to the next adventure. Have a good meal and some drinks on the house to fortify you before you take your long journey through the alphabet.
