Thanks to you all, after the last two regions I was in were taken by the Black Riders, it's just nice to feel safe without them.
Advisors to help the welfare and defense of this region, maybe grow more.

Are we voting on whether or not to have advisers or are we voting on electing certain nations as advisers? How many advisers do you think are needed?
Yeah, the Black Riders are a super PITA. However, they can be kept out by electing a WA delegate and then password protecting the region. Alternately, any region with a founder can keep them out. They seem to only pick on tiny, founderless regions, unlike the real raiders, like the Atlantic Alliance, who weren't afraid to take on the big guns in the days before founders.
I think defense, economic, health, welfare, education, and create a army if needed at times, of course under the defense secretary.
