I have a strong respect and understanding for socially economic countries. To be quite frank, the best way to make your economy wholly occupied by the public sector is to slowly devour the private sector without making damaging changes to your economic strength - take it slow if you have to - but if you can't manage to keep a powerful economy and take your socialistic economic policies slowly into change, then you're a fool. Take Corsaria for example, although I'd prefer them to increase their civil rights and political freedoms, it's still magnificent how they could do it without imploding their economy: nation=corsaria
