We have many Consumer protection agencies but they do little of nothing.... tort reform are constantly changing/eroding consumer rights... Pretty much the only consumer bureaus that do anything are Fair Lending and Fair Credit Reporting.... those two don't play. As far as consumer safety etc they need political/partisan motivation to act usually. Wasted money on useless bureaucrats.

Well... In Argentina it's practically impossible to get a quality phone for a good price. Sellers are lazy as hell, as consumer protection agencies do absolutely nothing.

Such a shame what happened in Frankfurt... however great images for New Emberton

SPOILERS!

(duh)

Got a Moto E! Bye bye, rotten potat -er- Blackberry!

In Denmark we have something called 'Forbrugerstyrelsen', they'll help you by letting you know what rights you have under your specific circumstances, by giving advice and guidance (lawyers), and ultimately file a complaint, contact the company or the police, if it goes that far.

There are also several programs on television, especially on the public service channels, to teach you the right way to deal with this in different situations, as well as identify some of the bad eggs in the industry. Trust me, no Danish company wants to end up on any of those programs.

We have more or less the same here in Norway as well. Though living up here and dealing with shady companies is also a lot easier when you can just point out that you can involve EU organizations... Was enough to get companies to back down when I gave them a deadline in getting their mess solved. >_>

I've got something kinda weird for the NLN... Probably gonna post it tomorrow c:

I wonder if anybody read Saari's letter in Abovian on the NLN :c

As gibberish as it looks, I actually took an hour translating the syllables.

One syllable is simply Norwegian or Finnish, depending on my prefrence.
Two is Norwegian (1) and Finnish (2)
Three is Norwegian Dutch Finnish
Four is Norwegian Dutch Finnish Dutch.

Aaaand you have the usual conversion of umlaut to æ ø å and maybe multiplying vowels.

Bienvian is far easier. Get the word, translate it to Russian and Danish, mix it all together, add random umlauts and/or circumflex and voilà: you've got some kind of deformity called Bienvian.

I have FINALLY solved my connection problems and I'm back! Missed last sundays census, though =/

I'd just stick with pure norwegian myself for valkyrjan if I was gonna do that sort of thing.

There are currently 134 Nations residing in the Nordic Lands. We've seen a slow but steady population growth throughout March, in contrast to the massive decline we faced in the first two months. If the current growth continues we'll reach 150 nations by late April/early May. =)

We're ranked 88th in the world!

Don't let the fire burn out now, strike while the iron is hot. It's important for your business to get a good first impression. I like the flags you've made so far, keep up the good work :)

So I stayed up playing Skyrim until 3:30 AM and went to work at 8AM. I'm now in a pretty funny mood (that I haven't been in for monthjs) were I find everything hilarious. Subsequently, I imagine Jeff Goldblums laughter in my mind all the time, while sending texts to all my friends saying: Talos guide you.

Ohh, God I love myself.
