Oh it's an edutainment game, but that doesn't mean it's bad. It lets you live out the life of a randomized person based on statistics and chance. For example because China makes up 20% of the world's population, there's a 20% chance when you're born at the start of the game that you're born in China. If 1/1824 of people of your age, social class, living conditions and wage get tuberculosis per year, then that's your yearly chance of catching that.
It's pretty funny starting earning less than the average Eritrean family to saving enough on your start-up scrap metal business earnings to emigrate to Milan and becoming a millionaire sportswear mogul.
