Well, I'm still the highest-ranked team never to qualify for the World Cup. I lost that distinction for a little while after the last CoH, just not in the way I hoped. Then Yttribia qualified as host and I had it again without even playing a game. I still have it.
First seed + almost RP every matchday = not even play-offs.
I mean, if every Esportivan who deserved to qualify would've made it, they'ld call the World Cup the CE+add-ons. Amiright?

It has been 11 world cups since I first started playing and one of the first nations in Esportiva to qualify for the world cup and I have not made the Cup of Harmony at all.
Sorry fella. But whoever of us won, we're still Esportiva! I am now the lowest ranked team in this WC proper, btw!
I too am shocked by your lack of a Cup of Harmony invite. How can such a prestigious roleplayer be denied entry into the most prestigious of tournaments so often? I'll tell you what, I'll conquer the Valhallan Union, seize the WCC President position and anoint you host of the next CoH to fix this terrible injustice.

You know, for someone being in Esportiva for quite a bit, you never seemed to have really considered yourself an Esportivan. Hell, you couldn't even spell the name of your own region right. And while you were, as you put it, "one of the first nations in Esportiva" to qualify, you complaining about not getting a CoH invite is absolutely adorable. I mean you posted what, a couple of mediocre RPs throughout the course of qualifiers? I really don't think that gives you the right to complain about not receiving a CoH invite.
By the way, thanks for showing your everlasting support in the WCDT a while ago when Felix and I were having some troubles with the WCQs. You really shouldn't judge if you haven't done a massive tournament like this, just in case you plan on calling out another duo of hosts in the future.

The second batch of invites isn't even out yet.
But first and foremost, CoH is not a tournament for the highest-ranked losers who fell short of reaching WC. This is for those who have met the criteria with RPs and standards expected by many. And let's be honest, quality of your RPs weren't too spectacular either.
Because Valentine's justice is best delivered after Easter?
Sorry, I had a bad day and was very tired. I never have the time to RP or even come onto NS anymore and it is becoming a struggle. I may off for a while and might CTE just to take a break.

Also, as much as BP's comment was unneeded, I'd like to remind you that while he never really yelled Esportivan pride or anything over-the-top like that: Boring Paradise has to be one of the oldest Esportivan members around, not to mention that while most of you, including myself, were either taking the first steps or walking towards stardom, he was one of the few established ones we had around and also one of the first Esportivans to make it to the World Cup.
It's nice having regional commitment, but it's not something one should rag on about.
