The Mindless Doodles of Pocket Paint is a gargantuan, environmentally stunning nation, ruled by Bill Gates with an iron fist, and remarkable for its frequent executions, free-roaming dinosaurs, and parental licensing program. The hard-nosed, cynical, devout population of 14.889 billion Pocket Paintians are ruled with an iron fist by the dictatorship government, which ensures that no-one outside the party gets too rich. In their personal lives, however, citizens are relatively unoppressed; it remains to be seen whether this is because the government genuinely cares about its people, or if it hasn't gotten around to stamping out civil rights yet.

The large, corrupt, socially-minded, well-organized government juggles the competing demands of Defense, Law & Order, and Education. The average income tax rate is 67.7%, and even higher for the wealthy.

The Pocket Paintian economy, worth 896 trillion windows a year, is driven entirely by a combination of government and state-owned industry, with private enterprise illegal. However, for those in the know, there is a slick, highly efficient black market in Arms Manufacturing, Tourism, Cheese Exports, and Door-to-door Insurance Sales. The private sector mostly consists of enterprising ten-year-olds selling lemonade on the sidewalk, but the government is looking at stamping this out. Average income is 60,227 windows, and distributed extremely evenly, with little difference between the richest and poorest citizens.

Political visitors are forced to stop ten paces from Bill Gates's throne, hordes of unemployed lumberjacks have resorted to cutting down utility poles to satisfy their cravings, the nation's once beautiful countryside has turned brown as farmers spray potent pesticides, and death row inmates cower in fear at the phrase "one-year anniversary". Crime, especially youth-related, is totally unknown, thanks to a very well-funded police force and progressive social policies in education and welfare. Pocket Paint's national animal is the consumer, which frolics freely in the nation's many lush forests.

Pocket Paint is ranked 229,972nd in the world and 2nd in Colonial Governments in Exile for Safest, scoring 20.58 on the Bubble-Rapp Safety Rating.
