No one. TWP is one of several Game-Created Regions, which include the Feeders (the Pacifics), Sinkers (The Rejected Realms, Lazarus, Osiris and Balder) and the Warzones. All other regions are User-Created and most have a founder.

Our Faith is in the Designer which is the architect of all things known and unknown to modern science, and the Designer's scientific blueprint for creation.
