Work experience usually matters more. I would hire you if I heard you worked at your last job for a long time, worked well with others, and did your work.

That easily outweighs all else, at least to me.

that how it usually works out that's how i got the job for 1 month in the first place

well covid hits the place we work at si cut off from other tourism industry's by construction that stopped due to covid 19 also we all got kicked due to probably new leadership higher up like the whole staff also the 2 new guys 1 held it 2 weeks and another held less like 1 week before getting kicked out as well
