The alliances of Anti-Communist Economic Defensive and Economic Union of Asian States (hereinafter, the Parties)

Aspiring to avoid engaging in military action against each other;

To aspire to greater friendship and non-belligerency between the Parties;

Have agreed as follows:

1. To avoid any such conflicts between the Parties.

2. To remain peaceful nations between each other in times of conflict.

3. To not encroach on any situations that the Parties may encounter on each other.

If any participant of both parties ensues in conflict with one another, they will face:

1. Expulsion from their respective parties.

2. Invasion by the party where they were expelled from.

3. Reparations for damages concurred to the victim party.

The conditions of conflict are as follows:

• Psychological Operations

• Special Military Operations

• War

• Supporting a war against the opposing party

• Spying

• Other means of conflict that may damage the opposing nation.

The representatives of the parties, United Tropics of Torchland and Ilyavan of ACEDA and New Plant and British Bharat of EUAS thereby agree to the Non-Aggression Pact.
