It's a rainy day in Solaris. Sg Stormchaser stand in front of The DSL Solaris greeting the crowd:" Honorable citizens of Solaris, dear Guest and brave Sailors. He then gives Emperor Bigpip a bottle of hard cider and gives him the opportunity to say something.
