merry christmas from the rejected realms!

Merry previously indigenous pagan winter festival usurped by the followers of the cult of the Jewish zombie to you too!

If you ever get bored of your region, and, uh.. government in general, there's a spare seat next to the perpetual anarchist's BYOB BBQ here for you. I'll even send you some of our locally sourced artisan Revolution Rope,  specially reinforced for use with portly politicians and bloated banksters, perfect for festively festooning the lampposts of your newly emancipated nation.  They make such lovely decorations that we leave ours up all year round.

Don't forget to buy loads of worthless sh*t for the superficial materialist consumers in your life and a Happy New Year!

East Angria wrote:Thanks for your post above, I found it very insightful. I must admit I am indeed very uncomfortable with your answer, especially since the chapter is 22 pages long and starts out with a lengthy quote from one of her awful novels. I'll still do my best to go through it and learn something new.

Quite fair - if someone suggested to me to read 22 pages of Machiavelli (or some other author I'm already going to biased against before I pick up the book) I certainly wouldn't. That being said I think you'll find it pretty straightforward if you do go through with it. She's known for a very direct style so it's an easy reading level. Be warned, as I'm sure you know, she was definitely not an anarchist nor supportive of anarchy in the slightest.

Hey, you have all been great, and I can't stand to leave, but after another ban on the forums today I just can't handle the stress of trying to figure out how to communicate and enjoy myself among the morons here. It's just too much for me and I need some space from it.

It's a shame because it's fun creating your own little community and watching the stats change (even if they don't make much sense), and having nice banners, and comparing yourself to the rest of the "region" and the "world", plus the Anarchy region is great. You guys are a great group - makes me want to figure out a way to meet like-minded people IRL. Sadly it's really hard to find people who hate the State.

I wish everyone the best, and happy anarchy'ing - and P.S. guys stay away from the forums because those people are stupid as hell plus prone to justifying Statist violence (who cares if I say something rude now, after all I'm leaving anyway haha). This RMB is where it's at.

Have fun, bye.

Can't find... people.... who hate the state? Wha...... We're riiiight here, I for one enjoy your comments a great deal.

You're supposed to be pissing people off and ocassionally getting punished for it! People hate it when you challenge their unexamined beliefs, but they are too dull to realise that this is their fault, not yours.

Listen, this sounds corny as hell, but I Tried Buddhism And I Liked It. That doesn't mean I affect a load of egotistical pretensions to declare my spiritamalityness (sandles and 'Ommmmm' and steamed rice etc), but here are the best two things in all of Buddhism:

a: Wise man he say 'It all bullsh*t'. (it is, it is actually all bullsh*t, and the biggest most well armed bullsh*tter wins the bullsh*t contest!! Hooray!! Let's fund ISIS and bomb Syrians!!)

b: Your state of mind is a choice. A. Choice. Being insulted, being annoyed, feeling hurt - all choices.

(throw the rest of their crap away though because it is a lot of ego-nonsense after that, you have to sit in this postition and do this chant and wear these orange pyjamas.... what? come on guys, I thought you'd be past that...)

So choooooooooooooose not to be bothered by it. Realise that many people wont try and see things from another viewpoint (those people are unintelligent, it has been proven, rigourous research, I swear it), suckitupbuttercup and keep on trucking.

These guys can't even get close to your viewpoint, they don't understand it at all -what? no? state? DOES NOT COMPUTE>>>ERROR!!!>>>ERROR!!!!>>>RUSSIANS HAVE HACKED MY CEREBRUM!!!!>>>URGENT CNBC SOFTWARE UPDATE REQUIRED!!!>>>OH GOD WHY WON'T SOMEONE JUST TELL ME WHAT TO THINK ALREADY!!!!

That's what you are dealing with. Have a think about being more tactical, 'become water my friend' (thank you Mr Bruce Lee), leeeeeead them to what might be a dawning of conciousness. I do this all day, every day, little by little to everyone I speak to. Chip away.... just a little chip, nothing noticable, then *BUMP*, there goes another leg on the wonky table holding up the cognitive dissonance of consenting to something you do not consent to (AKA voting and being ruled). I have a friend who used to berate me for not voting ('its yer dooody'), now? Hoooo boy, all he ever does is rage. #winning! :)

No more full frontals for 2018 for you, just crap a little *innocent* idea in their brains and make good your escape, ninja style. Mwaaahahahaha! (hey it works for TPTB). And again, you can't be made to be angry unless you accept that you will be. Practise this well Grasshopper. Otherwise other people manipulate your emotions for you, and that's not good at all.

AND quite frankly I'm embarrased that I haven't been banned from a forum yet. It's heroic. Badge of pride.

Time for some cog/dis mental assault from the Anarchists. We need some Operation Mayhem around here ferchristsake!

F*ck it, hold my beer....

EDIT: (oh my god won't this guy shut up?!) - just had a look through your latest forum posts. I'm going to be direct now: Yes, you are being a little too confrontational. People's brains shut down when you get confrontational - a stress response, ad homs, the full package. Use evidence, ask questions, trip them up in their own assertions, keep cool, go through a process, grind down their argument, tie them in knots - it's not hard, no one is taught rhetoric anymore (no surprise there in the century of dumbdown). Learn just a little rhetoric. Aristotle them good. Laconism them hard. You should not be reduced to name calling - if that happens, you've become defensive and lost already (unless you're using it as a rhetorical tactic).

You're certainly not stupid, and you're certainly well read enough to box these monkeys six ways to Sunday calmly and politely. I don't know you, but all the same, it would be a shame to see you leave.

I'm just gonna leave this here:

I have heared the claim several times that the existence, upholding and mutual respect of private property is a law of nature.
Could one of you explain the reasoning behind this idea? I, for one, always believed that private property is a social construct, just like everything else.

It is when I questioned the nature of private property when I realised I could not reconcile property and liberty.
Why does the capitalist own private property? What of his liberties is his ownership founded upon, and what of his liberties is being violated by not observing his claims to his property?
It is then that one must accept such claims to property are factitious and exist outside of the paradigm of the rights of men. They are no more than an imposition.

...the monopolies won. What corruption are you talking about? How is ensuring freedom of access regardless of content "corruption"? And why do you want service providers to have the ability to filter what you can see and do online? No, I don't like Google and other search engine companies deciding what content should be available easily, but if that power shifts to ҒṸḉкing Comcast and Verizon and those companies, it's a dÆmn sight harder to get at "illicit" or naughty or "illegal" information.

Better to have to navigate through a maze of pipes than to have the water flow stopped up completely. This is in fact disastrous.

The internet is a group of interconnected privately owned networks.  Internet access is not a human right and is subject to the terms of those private owners.

Unless this changes, there will be no internet anarchy.

Indeed. Merry Christmas, comrade!

May we see through the materialism attached to this season and appreciate the good news of Christ Jesus.

He came to Nazareth, where he had grown up, and went according to his custom into the synagogue on the sabbath day. He stood up to read and was handed a scroll of the prophet Isaiah. He unrolled the scroll and found the passage where it was written: "The Spirit of the Lord is upon me, because he has anointed me to bring glad tidings to the poor. He has sent me to proclaim liberty to captives and recovery of sight to the blind, to let the oppressed go free, and to proclaim a year acceptable to the Lord." Rolling up the scroll, he handed it back to the attendant and sat down, and the eyes of all in the synagogue looked intently at him. (Luke 4:16-20)
