Other than a repetition of the Dociara Grand Station Attack or memorials in their wake afterward. If you want, I could have a member of President Wayne's (of Arvan) cabinet visit Nhoor to hammer out an agreement of some kind, possibly trade or cultural exchange of some kind?
Correction: I used Wayne as a shorthand because I knew the name better, it would actually be a member of Prime Minister Montague's Cabinet, namely Julienne Faucheux for cultural stuff and Everitt Post for economy and trade.

Not D&S necessarily, Arvan in particular. But that said if you want to tag in both D&S and Arvan at the same conference, I'm game.

My go-to for an article to fill space is anything that let's me write about history but connect it to the modern day. They're pretty easy to write as they don't require much coordinating with others and since I usually have the broad strokes of my history worked out, they just serve the flavour stuff that only exists in my head cannon.
One of my favourite articles I ever wrote for totzka was about a civil war era mass grave being uncovered and the authorities trying to work out what do with it.
It has been done, but usually by Third World nations that lack the funds for modern equipment, or by terrorist groups.
El Salvador combined the failed M114 into a light tank by adding a small turret armed with a French 20mm gun taken from obsolete Magister aircraft.
