The Chancellor of the Supreme Judiciary, on behalf of the Supreme Council, decrees the following:
This body declares the Confederation's Regional Message Board (RMB) is to be respected as a sanctuary of political and intellectual discussion;
This body demands that the RMB is used only for in-character events and/or administrative posting;
This body requests that all administrative posts are marked as out of character using "OOC";
This body requires that all RMB posts are written in well formatted, comprehensible English;
This body outlaws any form of spam;
This body considers regional recruitment from outside regions as spam;
This body forbids double, triple, or more posting in succession by a single nation;
This body exempts Supreme Council and undersecretary nations making administrative announcements from the above;
This body grants any nations who hold a seat on the Supreme Council the right to censor comments of nonsensical, proactive or aggressive natures;
This body redirects the posting of all off-topic discussion to the Confederation's discord server: https://discord.gg/ZQrRgUk;
This body instructs all nations to end their communications with the Confederation's motto, "Hail the Confederation!";
This body clarifies that shortened or otherwise modified forms of this motto are not permitted;
This body warns that a breach, however minute, in the above act will be viewed as an act of insurgency against the Confederation of Corrupt Dictators and will be punished via the appropriate legal proceedings; and
This body reserves the right to amend the above legislation at any given time.

Owing to the civil strife currently taking place in

The Confederation Navy is proud to announce the commissioning of DDG's 011 - DDG 030. These fleet units will enter service with the Confederation Navy sometime during the next few weeks. The navy invites representatives from Governmental nations to christen these vessels once they have finished fitting out, in accordance with Loreauan Navy tradition.
In other news, the Rosenthal class battleships and the Illustrious class fleet carriers will soon begin their phasing out stage, replaced by two new designs currently not yet ready for release. The Eternal Queendom sees it fit for these ships to be used elsewhere, and thus, the Queendom presents an offer to Confederation Member nations. Each of these battleships and aircraft carriers will be sold off to willing nations as soon as they are decommissioned. Those who wish to purchase these designs should make their desires known on the RMB as soon as feasibly possible.

Your right comrade. They could invade at any second. We must engage in a multi coalition attack on Russia and take over them. Not right now though as my Dark Legion had just returned back to their fatherland, and need time to reinforce. But another problem is that America and China will get involved, as they have relations with Russia, and would have no problem taking out and imperial dictatorship like us. So we must get on top of that once we invade Russia.
