Preamble

The signatories, acknowledging their historically disparate World Assembly voting policies and philosophies, have united under the belief that all nations have a fundamental right to determine their internal policies and procedures, and all regions a fundamental right to express their position on World Assembly proposals through the delegacy, and as a matter of committing themselves to defending these rights from those who would subvert them, hereby agree to the following:

Article 1 - Values

  1. The signatories hereby reaffirm their collective value of National Sovereignty as a driving principle of their World Assembly policy, and their commitment to realizing a World Assembly in line with this value.

  2. The signatories recognize the vote of the delegate as the legitimate expression of regional World Assembly policy.

Article 2 - Voting and Policy

  1. The signatories are strongly encouraged to author and sponsor resolutions in accordance with these aforementioned values, and support each other’s attempts in doing so.

  2. No signatory will engage in espionage against another, including infiltration or disclosure of confidential information.

  3. Upon two-thirds consensus (rounded up), the signatories may deem proposals to be of collective interest, and publish dispatches (whether joint or separate as the situation necessitates) or otherwise campaign and organize to advance the interests of national sovereignty.

  4. The signatories will collectively oppose any actor or movement attempting to subvert a signatory’s World Assembly policies through telegramming of a signatory’s residents, displacement of a signatory’s delegacy, or other similarly invasive means.

Article 3 - Membership

  1. New signatories may be added upon consensus of four-fifths (rounded up) of signatories.

  2. Signatories may be removed upon unanimous consensus of all other signatories.

  3. Signatories may withdraw from the treaty at any time in accordance with their internal procedures by giving a 4 day notice to the other signatories.
