I had made it clear once before that I have nothing to do with this tomfoolery. I still don't. I have no desire to be the Delegate and did not run for the delegate position precisely due to this reason. Tamanes, you are new to this region. I have been here for quite some time. It would be advisable to have some idea of nation states game play before you point fingers. Nirupama is an active founder - due to this reason, it is rather impossible for this region to be taken over or for me to assume full delegate powers without the consent of the founder (even if I wanted to - whiich I do not). But I understand that someone is keen to push his interests keeping me as a cover. In order to prevent that, I resign my WA status.

Please be aware that you are acting on his behalf by disseminating such messages in public. We will hear Burdwan out but in no way are we bowing down to his demands, there has to be a way that suits us all; and more than suiting us it should be the best recourse in the interests of this great region. I am again making it absolutely clear that India will not submit to the whims and fancies of a child who is clearly pissed off with the governance setup. If he intends to talk reasonably, we shall be listening but the way of threats and spamming is simply unacceptable.
Anyone who is unnecessarily being pestered by telegrams or any other communications can report it Kolkatta or Hind swarajya. They will gladly handle the issue from that point henceforth.

This act of honor in essence proves beyond doubt why India is strong. I dont think any one asked Tekkumkoor to resign from WA but his voluntary action is a tight slap to those enemies of India who were using him as a cover. Enemies of India, your attempts at divisiveness amongst us have failed. An invasion, or even a threat of war is a joke, as long as we have an active founder. It was not a coordinated attack, but a bunch of puppets by the same person. It would have been diffused in few hours as the WA check is completed.
I reiterate that all nations, especially those in the Government are advised to refrain from discussing about that lone kid who has a lot of time to spend and bored to death.

Tenure of The Delegate
The tenure of the Delegate/Prime Minister shall be 60 Days.
Elections
It is the duty of the Founder to ensure periodic elections are conducted.
The election period will be 14 days, beginning from the last week of the Tenure of the Incumbent Delegate.
First week is the nomination period, from which day the borders of India shall be closed.
Next week is the election period, upon which the delegate shall be deemed non-executive, and the Government is suspended.
I strongly suggest a Delegate should have a tenure of 90 days. Though as of now I cannot remain delegate from mid-july for a few months. And my friends; please consider this as nothing but a skeleton to build a constitution for India. We will discuss, amend, edit and finalize later.

Minister of Home Affairs
The Minster of Home Affairs ensures regional stability and tranquility in the region and in RMB. He ensures that the internal security of India is not threatened by enforcing strict endorsement caps and communicating with members. He watches over the populace for hostile elements, and duly takes action in consultation with Minister of Defense. He also makes sure that fellow WA nations do vote regularly so that the regional power increases. Minister of Home affairs is free to exercise his border control powers in case of a situation.
Defense Minister
The Defense Minister is in charge of internal as well as external security of the region. He shall supervise all Cabinet ministers and advise the Founder and Delegate on matters regarding security. The internal security Ministers shall coordinate with MoD. He shall supervise foreign policy, ensuring national interests are not at stake.
Minister of External Affairs
The Minister of External Affairs conducts foreign relations on behalf of the people of India. He shall be assisted by ample number of Minister of States as necessary. He shall be supervised by the Prime Minister. Him alone may create official puppets to act as ambassadors and should be clearly named accordingly. He should also watch out for potential nations willing to settle in India, and alert and coordinate with Minister of Human Resource Development.
Minister of Human Resource Development
The Minister for HRD is in charge of immigration into India. He should find potential willing nations and make sure that they have a pleasant stay. He is assisted by enough number of Minister of States. Minister of HRD shall actively consult with the Founder,Delegate, and Minister of Defense.
As in the previous directive, MoS portfolios are the discretion of the Prime Minister

Why are many of our embassies being shut down? I understand if the region was raided, but many of these regions have not been raided. If these closures are being enacted by other regions, we must look to repair relations. If they are being ordered by us, we should be careful as to which embassies we close. We cannot lose key allies. Please consult with other officers before closing.
