I was listening to music (I had Austrian marching music playing since I was playing a Mount & Blade Warband mod as an Austrian commander and when I exited the game I hadn't gotten around to turning it off yet) and decided to make a new flag which took me about an hour or two of messing around with lines and colors to make it look nice.

This may seem like an obvious question, but would anyone actually send flights to the Octavian Islands International Airport from their nation(s)?
Oceara would be willing to have flights go between the Octavian Islands and Ocearan Territory.
Interesting Fact:
There is a place in the Republic known as the "Grave of Giants", where extremely damaged (beyond repair) Star Destroyers and other large ships are left to slowly deteriorate over time. Many starfighters can be found there, both inside and around the large ships, though are not capable of atmospheric flight. Tourists are always welcome to visit the graveyard, but stealing ships or putting graffiti on the starfighters and starships is extremely prohibited, as it is considered offensive to "desecrate" the ships.

Well, they are to the South of the Cook Islands, making them located to the East of Australia and to the North East of New Zealand in the South Pacific.

I traded for Kaliningrad Oblast (the isolated part in Europe) long ago, and then sold it to Andrew, who has kept it since. As for Crimea, Andrew bought it from Sov some time ago, or possible from Timmy when it was still part of Ukraine. I applaud you on your knowledge of geography, though :)
I thought I would ask due to how strategically important for Russia that port is.
But I guess if a nation centers mostly around land & air, it would be less important than a nation that maintains a large navy.

The Republic wishes to sign a "Trade & Travelling Route Agreement" with the Ocearan government allowing complete access to Skedoria and other Skedar territories without military intervention, consequences, or anything as such, in return that the Ocearan Empire establish a non-aggression pact/treaty with the Skedar Empire.
Non-Permitted Access to Skedar territories is strictly prohibited by the Republic, Maian Federation, and Cetan Union, though the Republic wishes to relieve some of the tension by allowing access to the territories for the Ocearan Empire. After the 2nd F/M-S War, the Skedar territories were kept under check by the Republic, Maian Federation, and Cetan Union in order to "rehabilitate" (if that would be the word to use) the Skedar to make them live for different morals and ideas in life.
The Republic believes that the Ocearan Empire will be an excellent choice as the first nation to kickstart the tourism industry in Skedoria and the Skedar territories. Hopefully, if the agreement is signed, then all shall go well.

The Republic, Maian Federation, Cetan Union, and Skedar Empire all agree to this, though wish to make it known that if a conflict were to arise on Skedoria (such as a revolt), they would have to leave Skedoria and other Skedar territories as any and all access to the Skedar territories would be closed off until the conflict ends so that there will be no Ocearan casualties if one were to arise. Hopefully the Ocearan Empire can understand this so that there won't be a misunderstanding in the future when/if one were to occur.
Would the Ocearan Government be allowed to send non-military government ships into Skedar Space? Specifically comms vessels to allow all Ocearan Civilian ships to be given emergency evacuation broadcasts.
