After a little over a month of having service on it, I've given up on doing anything productive with my so-called "smart" phone. For one, the RP I wrote about my IC return to NS is stuck on it, even though it's supposedly saved as a Word Document.
At least it works as a phone (kinda, sorta).

The Xenobiological Enclave of Nellietopia is a colossal, efficient, environmentally stunning nation, remarkable for its rum-swilling pirates, sprawling nuclear power plants, suspicion of poets, frequent executions, enforced nudity, keen interest in outer space, complete absence of social welfare, and ubiquitous missile silos. The population is largely composed of hard-nosed, hard-working, humorless nellies, although there is a recognizably sizable population of humans (classified as anthropes) and other critters. Crime, especially youth-related, is relatively low, despite the fact that it is difficult to make it through a day without breaking one of the country's many laws. Nellietopia's national animal is the anthrope, which frolics freely and haplessly in the nation's many lush swamps, usually because they get lost.
In general, Nellietopia is considered a species-specific nation, the designated homeland of the Purple Stinging Nellie, as well as the official and unofficial country of origin for many other strange creatures. In theory, the territory of Nellietopia extends as far as the range of purple-stinging nellies around the NSverse; in practice, the territorial integrity of Nellietopia comprises of a single island in Atlantian Oceania off the west coast of Calania. The capital and principal city of Nellietopia is Nellietopolis.
Major organizations to recognize in Nellietopia include the Armed Forces League of Allemenschen Critters (AFLAC), which is responsible for the defense of Nellietopia; the Nellie Scouts, which functions as the quasi governmental-corporate enterprise that finances all economic activity in Nellietopia; and the Nellietopian Institute of Xenobiology (NIX), which serves as the primary academic institution and hub, mostly studying the unique biology present in Nellietopia and abroad.
The Nellies of Nellietopia have been terrorizing peoples around the world with their stinging, biting, and random selling of merchandise for many years, and will likely continue to do so in the near future. Mostly, they're misunderstood creatures who yearn to quench their existential angst by affectionately engaging with other species, whether the other species want to or not.
