I appointed you because you ran for president.

And I know you're not republican, I was making an analogy. You'll learn what those are after you graduate from middle school.

Don't think I don't know. Your talking to the kid with the highest grade average in the class for my history and advanced political classes. 100.

And I also know what analogies are. Gosh, I learned about those in 5TH GRADE! You learned about them after middle school? Republican is to loser as Democrat is to the best political party ALIVE!

PROPOSITION

Bill Name: The Armed Forces Act

Bill Reasons: To construct a military to defend the ACA against threats, foreign and domestic. The military would be run by the founder, unless a general is appointed by congress. The armed forces can only be 'mobilized' with congressional approval, unless the ACA is in DEFCON 2; under that circumstance, the founder and president may mobilize the armed forces in a way that will protect the ACA from external threats.

Well, I can appoint Betashock as a congressman, because it seems one of ours won't be getting bak on anytime soon..

So, Betashock, Bakministan and The President support the bill. We only need one more congressman to support the bill either Dresdrin or Klaineland, then it'll be official, and I can get the ball rolling.

I propose two ammendment. First, any other member of the Allied Capitalist Association can operate their own Foreign Protection Armed Forces and seek partnerships within the ACA and the ACA Armed Forces. Any attempt by the ACA official oleadership or the ACA Armed Forces to limit by resolutions or physical force such self-determined alternatives is a breach of the principles upon which the ACA stands.

Secondly, any nation contributing resources and personnel to the ACA Armed Forces will be free to decide to withdraw their resources and personnel at any time, in the middle of operations, combat or strategic placement. Contributors can withdraw unless an specific contract of services was signed in advance, specifying the place of action, the size of rival forces to be combated or antagonized and the duration of the service. When any of these clauses is not fullfiled, the contract service is void and the nation is again free to withdraw their resources, equipment and personnel.

The objective of this second clause is to avoid the ACA Armed Forces to be used for furthering the interest of ACA leaders to the cost of Armed Forces contributors. The Armed Forces is not a tool for political imperialism inside the ACA. Control, costs and benefits of the ACA Armed Forces has to be shared proportionally with each contributor nation.

If the ACA Armed Forces are succesful in their endeavors, every contributor should receive rewards according to their contribution, large contributions in personnel and resources should receive larger rewards. Small contributions, small rewards. Leadership of the ACA should be rewarded by contracts with the contributor nations.

If a nation could leave in the middle of a fight, that'd be considered desertion. The armed forces should be unified. We can't have people deciding what rules they want to follow. We can implement service terms. Three terms? Six terms, and afterwards, they can leave.
