No, call it off. Sense makers already voted no. Seems to me he has too much power. The president should not only be elected, but should be able to be overruled by both the populous or the congress. This ensures his complete and total devotion to the region and its growth rather than his own personal gain. And I'm not saying sense makers is power hungry, im just saying, if a more ambitious individual came along and seized absolute power, where would our government be to stop him? Huh?

Article III: Petitions
a. All nations reserve the right to petition the government.
b. Petitions can be used to create or overturn a law, or remove an elected official from office.
c. If seventy-five (75) percent or more of non-elected officials sign a petition that is for the creation of a new law, the new law will become effective immediately.
d. If seventy-five (75) percent or more of non-elected officials sign a petition that is for the removal or repeal of a law, the law being petitioned will be rendered null.
e. If eighty (80) percent or more of non-elected officials sign a petition to remove an elected official, excluding the delegate, from office, the official will be removed immediately.
f. If, in a unanimous decision between non-elected officials and the founder, it is decided that the WA delegate has perverted the Constitution, or otherwise greatly threatened regional security, the WA delegate will be removed from office immediately. In such an instance, all nations will be required to un-endorse the delegate in question, and assign a new delegate on their own accord.

I don't like doing this. I just feel that if other nations want this bill passed, and the president or the founder doesn't, then they can just veto it...UNFAIR? They are in absolute control of the region...and I'm not talking just about sense makers. If Dresdrin got elected and I was sense makers, I would point out this flaw.
Oh, and TitanShen, if you knew that the veto was in the constitution, why didn't you quote it directly? Hmmm?

I don't need to petition, I'm a part of this government, therefore, I propose a BILL. To promote democracy and give more to the nations coming and nations already joined. I ask for a third party such as as Supreme Court or something along those lines to help check and balance the power of the congress and the founder and president. I also request veto power to be given to the congress and the populous. And if that veto is proven to be constitutional by the Supreme Court, the it checks out. The same goes for removing an elected official from office.

Although, I do think I'm being unfair here. I'm making personal attacks and not keeping the situation purely business.
Dresdrin, I will support a bill that creates a military for the ACA.

And to be EXTRA fair, Sense Makers, you can only veto a bill once it reaches your desk. You can't veto a bill as soon as it's introduced to congress. That doesn't allow for.. Debate, which is healthy.
Congress can change it before it gets to your desk. Let it breath, and don't kill it right after birth.

In the poll, my version that I'd go with would be the second. Forget about war... A military that we can have respond to trained threats with trained soldiers of our own would be nice.
And sense makers, Dresdrin and Pentrora are completely different, except for the fact that they are the same person.
