The federal government has expressed interest in hiring Blackwater and Atlas, so that they can be used to combat the various insurgencies that are going on in several of our territories.

This has caused some controversy, as the public is wearing of allowing PMC's to operate on Orsonian soil. However, the only other alternative would be to boost funding to the Orson Military, but the public is even more weary of this due to what happened during Turner's reign.
