Born and raised in one of the colder parts of Canada (Halifax). And please don't tell me how much colder some other area is..if you haven't experienced a gale blowing off the Atlantic Ocean, well, it's damn cold! But I wouldn't want to live in any other country. If only we could move the border a bit more to the south...say Alabama.
