---I repeat this is not a drill! Border stations have been swamped by massive hordes of ghoulish undead corpses. Intelligence reports that millions have already fallen prey to the gibbering mass, and more will follow unless action is taken.

The Archemperor wishes to remind all nations to either research a cure or begin the training of kill teams. In the latter case, it is the will of the Archemperor that kill teams not be used on nations researching a cure. Any nation which fails to take action may be targeted by kill teams, as long as such nation has been inactive for more than a day. Nations who embrace the zombie horde will be ejected until the crisis is over.
