Well, there's DSR who voted against, because F*ck the Delegate from whereever (they got in a quarrel during the debate). Then of course there are those voting against because they think it doesn't go far enough.

And please, please, please stop assuming that a player holds the opinions held by his nation on NS. It's a roleplay! I don't particularly like corruption and yet Louisistan's government is corrupt to the limit. It is not fair to imply that people might be pedophiles because their NS nation voted against a resolution. If we start that sh*t we can all just sign of and let our nations CTE.
