Animals and the city charter do not mix well. And i would prefer Highland cows, if I could have them.
UPDATE ... mower repaired - US$100. A replacement mower would have been US$400. The shaft was bent and the blade mangled to the point of needing replacement. Damn that was one solid pouchy!
