1 hour ago The Iraqi PM officially launched the operation to liberate fallujah from ISIS

Zero hour has no gone into full effect as the Iraqi army advance to the heart of Fallujah at 3am with civilian safe routes created by the Army.

Within the first hour 25 ISIS fighters have surrendered and 2 districts of the city have been liberated as the Iraqi army advance to the city centre.

There were also reports of intense rocket fire into enemy territory in Hay al Sinaie or industrial district located at the heart of the city. For years its believed that these industrial sites have been used to create deadly weapons to be used for terrorist attacks across Iraq.
