Now up for vote is a proposed "Proscription on Living Shields". It's pretty much exactly what it says on the tin: the use of noncombatants as "human shields" to protect military targets from attack by people with scruples against harming them is forbidden as an act of war, and to be considered a war crime. All in all, a good resolution to support.
