However, in the government office, the heir to the assassinated Burgenian leader Khan Rhouds is declared, his son, Craig Rhouds. He enters the auditorium to make a speech. The people cheered, most out of fear others of legitimate approval. A few booed, but they were dragged out of the room by men in dark suits with pistols. Artillery guns on Burgenia's beaches readied, and were about to fire artillery shells at the ships.

The Diplomatic Service of the Empire of Cyrod would like to advise the State of Burgenia against launching overt attacks against the sovereignty of the State of Bellatores, given that the State of Bellatores and the Empire of Cyrod have signed a treaty which would require the Military of Cyrod to provide support against attacks on the homeland of the State of Bellatores in the event that the State of Burgenia sent military forces to attack the sovereign territory of the State of Bellatores.
