You live only for your ideology, yet that ideology is heavily flawed. I suggest instead that you use common sense in dealing with other foreign nations like most others, lest you will be swept aside like Valcouria.

Blacklist Defense Cannon

A massive 3000 mm cannon that is being built near the coast of Cossmania. The cannon has an effective range of 100 miles and can fire high explosive, armor piercing, or special nuclear warhead sabot rounds. Combined with satellite targeting and predictive gunnery programs this gun is deadly accurate. Needing a crane to reload shells the gun can only fire once every half hour but if it hits it's target it will never have to fire twice.

This is fairly hypocritical of your nation, which frequently conducts foreign policy based on a combination of both ideology and practicality. Multiple other nations would similarly say that America lives only for rampant capitalism, which to them is a heavily flawed ideology. Plus, American foreign policy is often confusing, contradictory, and needlessly complicated, i.e, lacking common sense.

Besides, the USSR seems to only have this issue with the Light, rather than the Valcourian Empire's approach to over half of the world. Not the same at all, I'd argue.

"Before we start with any negotiations, I would like to first thank you all for the excellent performance made by your troops yesterday when I had arrived," spoke Lieutenant General Podobo to the Cossmanian War Department.

"As I had already introduced myself, I would like to know what services, troops, and equipment that your government is willing to offer. While I don't need to know the fine details, I would like a general overview and the cost."

I never said that ideology should not play a role in foreign policy, as it's impossible for people to separate their beliefs from their actions. What I had criticized the USSR for was basing their entire foreign policy around ideology.

Board of President's Chairman, Bob Morton, seated at the end of a large conference table surrounded by 6 other Board Presidents. "We are willing to supply you with any weapons in our vast arsenal that you deem will be adequate in the defense of your nation." replies Board President Bob Morton. "We have recently started many military projects that might interest you. We could even send our engineers to construct a Blacklist Defense Cannon if your interested. If you tell us what weapons or men you are looking for we can supply you with an estimate." Various holographic images of soldiers, weapons, and the Blacklist Defense Cannon appear in the center of the conference table.

The Burgenian rebels support the USSR, much to the protest of the pro-Nevarran government. 250 rebels in ships head off to sea to aid the FMP Machine Union and the USSR, as the government struggles to contain the rebels in their own nation. However, in the government office, the heir to the assassinated Burgenian leader Khan Rhouds is declared, his son, Craig Rhouds. He enters the auditorium to make a speech. "My father made Burgenia a vassal state for one reason to strengthen our people and the Nevarranian people. If the rebels dare oppose that by joining the USSR and Bellatores, we will react by destroying every last one of them. They are not our people anymore, they are rebels whose deaths will not be mourned. Our allegiance is now to the Light and those who disagree will die. Our military will dispose of the rebel ships and bomb Hadian and Belltores for supporting them. For Nevarran! For Burgenia! For The Light!" The people cheered, most out of fear others of legitimate approval. A few booed, but they were dragged out of the room by men in dark suits with pistols. Artillery guns on Burgenia's beaches readied, and were about to fire artillery shells at the ships.

The Diplomatic Service of the Empire of Cyrod would like to advise the State of Burgenia against launching overt attacks against the sovereignty of the State of Bellatores, given that the State of Bellatores and the Empire of Cyrod have signed a treaty which would require the Military of Cyrod to provide support against attacks on the homeland of the State of Bellatores in the event that the State of Burgenia sent military forces to attack the sovereign territory of the State of Bellatores.

I have to agree with the Cyrodoon government. Deal with your rebels, but leave their supporters alone. Besides, I'm sure a failed "revolution" here and there will dampen their spirits.

I, the Night's King, hereby declare war against the Light and the nation-state of Nevarran. On my command, my undead armies have started attacking all those affected and unaffected by the Light in the nation-state better known as Nevarran. The capital city of Magna Nevarra, which is occupied by hundreds of thousands of my forces, will be the scene of great carnage and slaughter, and I personally will lead the offensive in that area. I will destroy every village surrounding Magna Nevarra with my dark and ancient magicks, and raise the dead buried in the city's graveyards to help in the offensive.

Other areas of operations will be overseen by my generals, captains and lieutenants; all of whom are adept at wielding the magicks I use, to see to it that utter destruction and ruin falls upon the Imperium, whom we now despise with no limit. They will ensure that all farmlands are salted, water-wells set afire, the skies themselves turned into clouds of death. They are charged with Replicating and Echoing the feeling of misery felt by the Light as each and every Nevarrian is slaughtered in hopes of weakening the conscious of the Light.

Let the Imperium's cold be reduced to summer as compared to our Ice Magicks, and let the Light be confused by the Shadow; let the skies rain of Blood, and the enemy breathe in Smoke. Contain the Light and destroy the rest.

On behalf of the Imperial Government and the Valcourian people, We would like to wish Prince Constantine, the eldest son of King-Emperor Constantine I and Empress Lacewing, a happy first birthday.

Underground Launch Facility Hotel Charlie, [REDACTED], Dominion of Berkshire
Three men headed down one of the seemingly unending hallways that permeated the launch facility's underground complex, walking at a relatively brisk pace. Captain Bertie strode at one side next to a rather rotund man carrying a briefcase.

"We are honored by your presence, Mr. Billings," Bertie continued, trying to put his visitor at ease despite the plans that were swirling unknowingly around him. "To what purpose are you visiting today?" he asked.

"The Imperial Government has requested that all launch facilities be inspected to ensure that their crews are properly trained and that their weapons are in appropriate shape," Mr. Billings responded casually, as if rehearsed. "This facility in particular was requested, due to the multiple transfers that have occurred in the last six months," he added as they arrived at one of the facility's conference rooms. Two more men, both officers stationed at the facility, were waiting for the trio. Mr. Billings hoisted his briefcase onto the table as Captain Bertie took his seat at the other end of the table; the other officer accompanying them remained at Mr. Billings' side.

"Now, then," Mr. Billings continued, "I am led to believe that the recently transferred officers and workers were properly trained at their respective facilities?" he asked.

"But of course, sir," Captain Bertie replied, his voice almost oozing as he spoke. "You have nothing to fear from a lack of training; I have personally ensured that all the men under my command-"

"High Command, now," Billings cut him off. "High Command has requested that I remain here for the next few weeks to ensure that all of the staff here are properly trained. You will be reporting to me, Captain," he continued, inspecting a few of the folders and documents in his briefcase. This allowed the others around the table to peer anxiously, some nearly panicking, at everyone else, while Bertie kept an icy stare at this new interloper.

"I can assure you, Mr. Billings, there is no need for this," he replied, trying to dissuade the man at the other end of the table. But Billings sniffed in response and eyed his counterpart.

"It is not my decision to make, Captain," he replied, the tone in his voice suggesting the topic needed to be dropped. "I shall be reporting my findings to the High Command, starting tonight," he added as he put on his glasses to begin reading over a comprehensive list of the men stationed there. More panic swept over the men, but Bertie kept calm; after a moment's thinking, he glanced at the conveniently placed officer next to Mr. Billings, staring at him as though boring a hole into his soul, then giving a very subtle nod. The officer swallowed anxiously as his hand drifted to his sidearm, quietly unlatched it from its holster, lifted it out, and aimed it squarely at the back of Mr. Billings' head. A few of the men around the table saw what was about to happen; some looked away, while others braced for the inevitable.

Some men jumped as Mr. Billings fell onto the table, blood gushing from his head and onto his papers as he expired instantly. Bertie watched the body for a few moments before two junior officers took it upon themselves to remove it, carefully hoisting it into their arms and dragging it out of the room.

"Now then, gentlemen," Bertie replied coolly. "Tomorrow is judgment day for the world. I trust you are all willing to do your duty?" he asked. There was silence in response, but several heads nodded uncertainly. "Good," Bertie continued. "09:00 hours, gentlemen. Dismissed."

"Sir," one officer dared to ask, "what about the reports to the High Command? Billings said he would send the first tonight." Bertie merely smiled eerily in response.

"They will simply think he is overdue," Bertie replied casually, waving off the man's concern. "Dismissed," he added before any further questions could be asked. No one however thought to check the briefcase still left open on the table, for inside the folder on top was a warning that a failure to respond within an hour after the deadline would result in the arrival of a task force to determine the problem...
