Don't worry, it was a hypothetical. That particular Thalasian was stopped at the border by a local from a neighboring country who explained the situation in Feminamia. He wrote on his blog that he was "intrigued", but he ventured no further. However, if he had strolled over the border, it could have been very messy indeed.
If exceptions are made for diplomats, we could definitely start a embassy in your nation and send over an ambassador. From there, if this Escanthean incursion continues, we could figure out something mutually beneficial. However I don't think a full-on defense pact or ADDO membership would be an option until men's rights (screams internally at such a neckbeard phrase) improve.
Exceptions for all potential tourists would be great, but it could cause problems. Since you seem to be friendly and fairly honest about your nation, I'll take your word for it that legislation exempting foreign tourists/visitors from your rules regarding males and nudity would actually protect them from being captured or having their clothes confiscated. However, would your citizens be okay with the sudden culture clash? After all, you said the nudity and the treatment of males has been an integral part of your cultural identity for many generations. I wonder how your citizens would react to seeing groups of Thalasian men visiting, or seeing families headed by fathers rather than dominated by mothers vacationing in your society. It would be a culture shock a thousand times more jarring than the current RL multi-faceted conflict between Western civilization and the "Islamic world" and other nations that don't follow the ideals of the West.
While you seem to be open-minded and welcoming to the the prospect of societies where men are important, I'm not sure all of your citizens share that admirable trait of tolerance. For instance, I know that nearly all Thalasians would be shocked if a group of women appeared on, say, the Lei Islands, and started to talk about their female-dominated society and walked around naked like it was normal here (which it is not). And while decent nudity is not illegal here (nudity explicitly sexual in nature is), there are conservatives here would be outraged by something like that (this is not a large concern in my nation since Thalasian culture is very sexually free compared to other nations and emphasizes treating foreign visitors well. Any Feminamian tourist would probably be readily welcomed, wherever they visit in Thalasus). If this cultural difference causes strife, there could be issues that arise because of it.
TL;DR VERSION: If diplomats are exempt, we can start communication. But would cultural differences cause issues of tourists were exempt as well?
