I've also played the entire Trilogy multiple times, almost always as a paragon and while I think Liara is a very good character I liked Tali'Zorah better. One of the things I did in the game that actually felt really good was getting the Geth and the Quarians to agree on peace. My three favorite places hands down have to be Ilos, Illium, and the Citadel. I'd much rather BioWare did what the first mentioned which is making every decision you make throughout the series have an impact on the ending, but what's done is done. We can only hope that the next game will be better in that aspect.

Ilos, ME1's Citadel, Illium, Noverina And The Afterlife club on Omega are my most favorate places. My Top 5 most favorate characters are Liara, Garrus, Morinth, Samora and then Tali. And yes, they should have.
