It seems that you all brought up something to distract yourselves from tragedy. Not that there's anything wrong with that. We're only human, after all. But I do remember Cast becoming distraught around the time of the Boston Marathon bombing...though I don't remember anything about your mother.

Still, if you wish to continue the RP, I'll try to check in more often.

We did discuss the Paris tragedy which brought up Cast mentioning his Mom. The pithy is that there seems to be no end to these tragedies which, if anything, hardens people to them. As long these perpetrators refuse to acknowledge the sanctity of life, they will continue and the people will further distance themselves from to reality of what's happening.

We should go back and restart the RP discussions. Rabbit should post a dispatch of the ceremony that we could use as a guide for the RP instead of serendipity.

I have to agree with your assessment, Soph. The frequency of these events has been increasing for some time which causes people to become blase to it. I'm up for the RP even if I have to take multiple roles. Using dispatches to guide us seems like the best way to control the RP here on the RMB.

Thanks Giving YAY! right now I am going to clean a few things so it's easier for my sister to get things all ready. Then i have to sleep then work and hopefully get have thanksgiving morning. Then i'll have to sleep real fast for a couple hours so I can wake up and eat stuff! Hope she plans the dinner to be at 4 Pm instead of Noon.. really hard for a night shift person to be awake at Noon.. Noon is my midnight..

I washed some dishes so my sister would have an easier time cleaning the rest of them! I've learned that plastic mixing bowls are a pain in the ass to clean.. so are iron skillets..

*checks list* both cat litter boxes cleaned.. bathroom cleaned.. zone outside my bedroom door swept (list sister game me) Also all the obnoxiously large dishes cleaned as a bonus..

I have complete today's task plus some! *falls asleep*
